Shocking and zero accountability

Really slow service iv never shopped anywhere that took over 2 to even dispatch.tracking is non existent.customer service just regurgitate delivery time scales despite it not even being dispatched yet.
I would off been better getting the item from a trusted store like John Lewis because the customer service and delivery is much better.
First and last time I shop here * update quoted to be delivered before the 29th and it’s still not here,customers prefere honesty and accountability from customer service not gaslighting customers that the product isn’t late.

Exclusive brands with good customer service

We recently purchased a changing mat from Sorens House and were really impressed! They had a great selection of brands and products we couldn’t find anywhere else in the UK. Delivery was fast, and the wishlist feature made it super easy to share gift ideas with friends and family. Highly recommend for anyone preparing for a new arrival!

Awful experience

Awful experience. Don’t order large pieces of furniture from this company, they do not keep you up to date on delivery times and delays. Both times I have ordered furniture I have had to chase for updates on shipments, they have not notified me when a delay has occurred, communication is just awful. I am over 1k out of pocket still waiting on a bed being delivered nearly 6 weeks after ordering it and will be pursuing a chargeback with my bank next week if I don’t hear anything on Monday. Avoid!

Great service

My delivery was delayed due to a supplier issue but the communication and service was great right through. The chest has now been delivered and it's gorgeous 🤩

Poor customer service.

I ordered numerous items where the delivery time was approximately 4 weeks, the items arrived considerably later than this (up to 9 weeks after ordering), the company never volunteered any delivery updates and when they replied to my requests for information re. Delivery timescales I was provided inaccurate and inconsistent information.

Super speedy delivery

Made the order on Friday afternoon and it was delivered by Saturday, I really don’t think I ordered any kind of next day delivery, just the only one the offered, so was really impressed how quickly it arrived. Item was well packaged too. All in all very happy with everything.
