Had a problem with my new vehicle but this was sorted promptly by the team.

I went to the Hereford branch having seen a Isuzu D-Max I thought met what I was after.

Simon Walker provided a great service and it wasn’t pushy sales tactics which I liked.

I test drove the vehicle but decided it was too expensive so left it but soon after saw another one at another branch that met my needs. Simon was happy to travel to Llandod to provide continuity of person but in the end it was moved to Hereford anyway and eventually purchased it. No issues with the vehicle and they sorted out a couple of points that needed dealing with.

Spa (Simon) made the purchase process easy and overall it was a very positive experience.

fantastic sales service from Joe Bayliss. The whole process was very smooth and stress free. He listened to what I needed in terms of weight for towing a caravan and the tow bar was fitted swiftly. He was so helpful with the test drive and supported me to try an automatic for the first time in my life and I was a bit apprehensive but he was calm and gave me confidence to try it. He went over and above to deliver it to my door and take away my old car in part ex. Thank you Joe. I would buy from him again.

No pushy sales, given time to look around and test drive, lots of great quality cars available and we chose a different car that we visited to view, choosing which one was the most difficult of our experience with Spa and Joe was very helpful making this a very pleasant experience, and arranging for a tow bar to be fitted within a few days too

I have been viewing the vehicle I wanted for a while and decided to go for it!..Wasn’t sure at first about Joe, 🤣, but after meeting him travelling all the way from Birmingham to Hereford, he put my mind at rest..👌🏾😊.
After returning again a few days later, I was met with the same service and was looked after by the team.

We made and appointment to meet Elliot at Hereford and he took us for a spin in an automatic. I've never driver one and my son is learning to drive in one. We were very well looked after. Their coffee is amazing!! Elliot was calm and thorough and we had a very good experience. Very happy with our purchase and the customer service we received. Highly recommend!

My daughter, her husband and myself arrived back in the UK needing 3 family cars. Elliot took the time to listen to each of our needs which were all different and showed us each multiple options pointing out the pros and cons of each.

I have never bought a car from Spa before. I visited to browse their selection of vehicles suitable to tow a horse trailer.

Joe Bayliss asked me a number of questions as he showed me the available vehicles. He suggested that I should look at a Discovery which was held by their Herefordshire branch. I liked the look of it and he arranged for it to be brought over that afternoon. I ended up buying it.

Joe exhibited the highest professional standards and was courteous and knowledgeable. He made the process easy to understand, straightforward and efficient. What has been painful in the past definitely wasn't here.

He kept me informed over the next few days as to the state of readiness and I picked up the vehicle within the timelines he had described.

Nicely laid out website, with plenty of car options for our range and price. Showrooms were fairly local to us, but chose to visit Hereford, as they had the make and model we were looking for.

Decision made and the purchase process was straightforward and open. The car was serviced and prepared and after a few days, taken to Spa Motors Brecon site, for an easier pick up by us.
