Bullies who should be investigated and regulated
Spamhaus has blacklisted my company's opt-out pages repeatedly and with no reason, and thus made it impossible to remain legally compliant in the marketing space. They should be shut down and arrested for making the marketing space dangerous and confusing for consumers. They have no oversight and are taking advantage of that to bully honest companies
Spamhaus does not appear to be a legitimate organization
My website was blacklisted by SpamHaus without cause. I contacted them repeatedly for months asking for explanation and never received a reply. They act arbitrarily and hide offshore to prevent US-based attorneys from filing litigation. I've also checked with the BBB who said Spamhaus is not a member and that they've received many complaints about them. Given the large number of complaints against them and their lack of transparency and unwillingness to cooperate with US authorities, I suspect this is not a legitimate organization.
