Super positive outcome for the original review below;
Sparkly Tails read this and were very quick to respond, offering great customer service to rectify my concerns. I didn’t expect this and I’m impressed they wanted to do something about it. All I can say is please do check out the site and enjoy their great products which have been so carefully chosen. And if you do order something, it comes beautifully presented- nice to know if you need to send the item as a gift.
Original Review;
Firstly this is a genuine site. For some reason I was a bit suspicious initially. Great ethos, fair prices and nice original products. If you do shop with them do scan the pages carefully as there are lead and collar sets which I completely missed. Ended up ordering the two separately when I could have saved myself double postage and the time lag between products.
