I was having some issues putting an order through the website, so contacted the team at Sparkly Tails. They were very proactive in helping to resolve the issue and I'm now the very satisfied owner of a beautifully made treat bag and poo bag holder. Just in the Nick of Time
We live in the U.S. and rescued two dogs two months ago. One is totally blind and needs to chew a lot. I've been looking for toys she can really chew and not tear apart into fill or threads so I decided to try Sparkly Tails because they are filling a need as a business that sponsors sustainable products. She absolutely loves he Rope Toy with Antler Dog Chew and it came so quickly and just in the nick of time. Thank you so much and we will be visiting your shop often.

Amazing - I brought several items as a present for my friend that recently adopted a dog. I mistakenly entered my own address, when I contacted them to update the delivery address they were really helpful and even offered to add in a personalised gift note for me.

There was an issue with delivery - not their fault - but the Sparkly Tails team immediately owned the issue and dispatched a new item (with small gift) staying in contact until I confirmed receipt.
Great Service.
