I have been an SOS customer for a few months and have received excellent customer service. If I have had to call the team my questions have been answered and any problems dealt with, without delay.
For too long in this industry we have been stuck with one supplier, pretty much held to ransome.
SOS service and price plans have been competitive and so far unable to be beaten.

We moved to SOS approx 3 years ago and have not even considered changing supplier since. We have a fab local rep who never stops going out of his way to help. The company as a whole have met everyone of our needs and worked with us throughout covid when times were hard for everyone.
A fab company who appear to only want to please their clients and one of the first medical gas companies we've dealt with that have simple, straight forward pricing structures.

I couldn't be more pleased with SOS and their very high standard of customer service. Very easy to organise cylinder exchanges, quick responses to emails etc. The business is small enough for you to always communicate with the same people but big enough to have slick systems in place to ensure your own business functions effectively. Vicky and Mike are very easy to get hold of and really helpful. Mike took time to review my contract with me and recommended a change in cylinder size which would better suit my business and he was absolutely right. I have recommended SOS to other medics and hope that they continue to flourish. Thank you.
