There's no need to call us when your cylinders' gas expiry dates are due to expire, our tracking system monitors all of our cylinders and we'll be in touch to arrange replacement cylinders, free of charge, before your medical gases expire. You'll receive an annual cylinder report to download for your records, including barcode details of the types and quantities of medical oxygen and Nitronox cylinders on your account, plus batch numbers and expiry dates. Callouts for exchange cylinders ("refills") and deliveries are carried out by your personal account manager who will liaise directly with you to arrange visits to your site. We have bespoke medical gas supply options for specific customer requirements.
