So £5 delivery charges for the ultra slow 5 day shipping, even for a pair of socks! no free returns options. A very clunky website. Most sale items in odd sizes. All in all I would say have a look somewhere else unless you're happy paying up to £10 for the pleasure of ordering and returning any item.

Shoes arrived two days later by parcel force, in perfect condition.
Really good price to, 30% cheaper than any other retailer's...
Delivery was £5, if they wavered this then they'd GET 5 🌟.

No tracking number, despite paying for royal mail shipment, laconic customer service with copy paste answers telling me to wait despite over two weeks has passed and no evidence of anything being sent. And they tell me they will investigate if I wait another week, as if they are doing me a favour... Last time I throw time and money at this company. Beware.

After reading a few reviews on here, I took a chance and ordered a pair of Adidas Terrex gore tex trainers. They arrived after a couple of days, delivered by Royal Mail / Parceforce. The trainers were exactly as described. Will be ordering again soon.

Was reluctant to order since I am in the USA and this retailer is in the UK. However, they delivered earlier than expected and the shoes are excellent. Will definitely use them again!

This was the first time I have bought from this company and I must say I am impressed. Sarah in customer service has been great and communication excellent.
I had to return the shoes for a smaller size and I was e-mailed to say they had received them, and was e-mailed when the smaller pair had been dispatched. After sales care is very important. It keeps you going back because you trust them.
On a side note, the shoes are lovely and very comfortable.

I was sceptical of the company due to other reviews but I had no problems with this company, quick delivery, item was as described, all paperwork correct if I needed to return anything, so impressed I am going to order another item

Bad shop! Somehow the amount of shoes you can order is limited! If you order for too much money (200$) u have to send a picture of your passport...the order doesn't ship on the same day even if you order early...overall just a bad experience!

Many orders and always got great deals. Last couple of orders have arrived within 24 hours despite not paying for next day delivery.

Placed an order for three items. Two arrived. I assumed the 3rd was going to arrive in a seperate order (surely they would have said otherwise- right?). Contacted them and they told me that it was out of stock.

As they had taken my money already- you would have thought they'd have refunded or communicated.

They did neither.

I bought two asics stormer women running shoes and were both comfortable. The shoes came after 3 days and service was fast. I received emails updating me about the delivery process. I'm happy about the service as it was also. My first time purchasing from them.

Absolutely dreadful customer service. I tried to return my shoes which they then lost, and then refuse to pay me any compensation. Ignore all my emails to their customer service team. Taken two months for them to give me an answer as to why they won't compensate me. Pretty much told me it's not their problem.

Shoes were ordered through amazon; came via this company, there were issues which is why I initially contacted them to facilitate delivery - though this they signed me up to their promotional emails and physical junk mail - they denied this and said I must have signed up through their website. Had to correct them there. Finally emails stopped after several exchanges, or I may have just blocked them (I can't remember as this was 2016/17); but I still get the junk mail - it hits the bin unwrapped.
Best to highlight poor practices.

Bought a pair of shoes. Sure nice price indeed. But they sent me the wrong size. So I have to pay the return back and then it took them like 2-3 weeks to finaly send me the right ones. Also the customer service is really really bad. 1 question can take like 3-4 days before answer and when you answer back its like 2-3-4 more days before you get the final answer!! Never ever again!

Good. Many orders over a number of years. Very cheap prices and easy to use website. Had a good experience from customer service when something went wrong (my fault). Used to get annoyed with long delivery times, despite expensive p&p charges, but they seem to have sorted that out now and last 2 orders have arrived quickly
