Tucker and his team were excellent, from the first meeting through to execution and the follow up. Moving house is such a stressful thing - how wonderful to get great service from the moving company!



The guys were great, packing, moving heavy items all in good spirit and efficiently. The service to pick up all the boxes afterwards is a nice add on. All in, very happy with Spring Box, would recommend to anyone!!

We have recently completed a 3 bedroom house installation with Spring Box. The project had many complexities however Kyle and the teams can do approach and clear communication helped to ensure a successful completion! We would recommend their services highly and will be looking forward to further projects together in the future.

Tucker and his team are super-responsive, very professional, reasonably priced and a pleasure to deal with. Moving house is a traumatic experience under the best of circumstances, but Spring Box managed to take most of the stress out of it by doing everything they said they would, professionally, on time and for a very reasonable price. They came at the agreed time to measure up, they sent the quote as promised the next day, they came in on time to pack, very professionally, and to load; and they arrived at the destination on time. Unloading the van, unpacking the furniture, leaving it in the right place, and clearing out all the packing materials was completed ahead of schedule. A very happy customer, I will definitely use Tucker and Spring Box again, and can't recommend them enough.

From the outset Kyle put our minds at ease when discussing our moving needs to our forever home! Not only was he and the team hugely professional, but they worked with such speed and precision taking great care of our home and it’s contents! They also indulged our toddler with an impromptu photo shoot and ensured I had a quiet space to nurse my new-born amongst the business of the move. We can’t thank them enough for their incredible hard work (in the rain)! Hopefully a mammoth move like this will not be in the near future, but will happily use them again when needed!

I chose to use Spring Box London for my apartment move after doing some research and checking reviews. I found their pricing competitive and they had great flexibility on times and dates to suit around my working hours. Very professional to work with and completed the move with no hitch. Cant fault! Will recommend and will use again!

We enquired with springbox late last year (november 2017) at very short notice as we were given the chance to complete and move home within 10days due to unforseen circumstances with the buyer. (Moved in by 15 December 2017). Kyle was very helpful, informative and professional from start to finish. As you can imagine moving house can be VERY stressful and the last thing you need to worry about is how are we actually going to move all of our belongings. With reassurance from Kyle and his team at Springbox our house move went as planned and without a single problem. The team even managed to give me a hand on the day we moved to dismantle our queen size bed as it is to big to move and carry through the house and down the stairs. (Much appreciated for that). With how quick springbox processed my enquiry and made the move happen I don't know,but I have to take my hat off to the guys on the day as well. The costing was very reasonable regarding the short notice. For all the uncertainty anyone may have trying springbox, as a new company, I would certainly highly recommend their services and be more than happy to use these guys again.
