Our mortgage was coming up for renewal and we wanted to do some house improvements, so contacted Katie Hartley on the recommendation of several friends. She is extremely knowledgeable and explained every step and option that was available to us, she found several options for us that would allow us to do our home improvements and get the best rates, Katie is very responsive to emails and kept us in the loop at all times, It seams nothing is too much trouble for her.
