Damaged and poor customer service!!!!!
My order arrived damaged and the packaging for delivery was all damaged and open on one end with exposed screws. Injured my finger on one of the screws as well. Barbell is cracked and damaged on one end not to mention absolutely filthy.
I have made an email complaint as I have paid for an expensive product and $19 in delivery for it to show up damaged. I am yet to get a reply. What a joke. I am not gifting a damaged product to my sister. Needs to be sorted.
