Kit is amazing quality for the price

Kit is amazing quality for the price. Being able to pick up in Perth saved heaps on postage also, would have had to buy from somewhere else if the new distribution center had not opened here.

Customer service is a nightmare

Customer service is a complete joke. Be sure to triple check your details before submitting any order was these clowns. I accidentally submitted the wrong pick up address on my order. I called the ‘customer service’ line, and after spending an hour listening to crappy hold music, the guy told me he would call the warehouse and sort it out, then call me back. I didn’t receive a call back, so I tried to call 6 different times that day without getting through. When I finally got through, the same guy answered, told me everything was fixed and I should be able to pick the item up from the desired location the next day. I then received an email the next day saying it was ready to pick up at the wrong location. I’ve sent multiple emails, received one vague response stating the obvious, and nothing since… no one is in any rush to answer them…

Completely hopeless… hopefully the product isn’t as bad as their business sense.

On occasions, the freight companies can break up orders and part ship on multiple days, you can check the tracking code to see if this is the case on your order.
