Thanks for taking the time to give us this feedback. We are working hard with our transport partners and on our own systems to improve our shipping rates, and give you the best rates possible.
Unfortunately adding a certain product can take the total weight and volume of an order to another level (e.g. 2 x pallets instead of 1), incurring a much larger cost.
If you are still wishing to add the 30kg Slam Ball to your order please let us know, and one of our friendly customer service team members will get in touch with you with some updated shipping rates for that item.
