Helpful and informative. Faulty equipment was quickly replaced without problems.

We needed a replacement inverter and we had waited months for another company to come and fit one as agreed, finally gave up on them as no updates etc. I found Sunergy Renewables Limited on the Internet and contacted them. They were very professional from the start, called us back very quickly, sorted out what we needed and we were booked in immediately. Very nice fitter arrived as expected and he fitted the new inverter in about an hour. Helped us to download the app and explained how things worked and answered our questions. He made sure we were happy and that everything was working correctly before he left. Really good old fashioned service, would definitely recommend this company.

From the moment I contacted James to have batteries and inverter installed they have been very professional and kept me informed throughout the whole process.the installers Mason and Raki were very professional and guided me through every step of the installation,they tidied up when finished and Mason showed me how to use the solax app,I would highly recommend Sunergy

We had a 23kw battery installed. The install guys were professional and did a neat tidy job and the communication has been very good throughout the whole experience. We had an initial software issue which was soon rectified by Sunenergy remotely. They also installed an Ohme ev car charger at the same time, this allows us to charge up the system at night at the rate of 7.5p /kwh using the Intelligent Octopus tariff. We would certainly use Sunenergy again.

Mason and James did a great job of adding batteries to my solar pv panels. Neat, tidy and working as it should.

Have been looking for a while for someone to replace my broken Inverter, with no luck. Then stumbled across Sunergy on the next, sent a message and within 10 minutes got a reply from James.
James and Mason arrived on time and replaced the broken inverted in a professional manner, would recommend to future clients.

Excellent service
The job involved replacing an old invertor and I had struggled to find someone to do this. However, it was no issue with James and Mason - they carried out the work competently and efficiently. I was most impressed with their knowledge and standard of workmanship.

I have batteries installed by Sunergy and I can honestly say that they have exceeded all my expectations. The installation was carried out by Raki and Jordan, two very professional engineers. They arrived on time and after a brief discussion over the location of the batteries they commenced with the installation. They were very clean and tidy and removed all the packaging when they left. If you are looking for a battery installation then I have no hesitation in recommending Sunergy as they are professional from start to finish.

9kWh Solax retrofit
Thanks to James and Mason from Sunergy Renewables who helped us decide on the best system, and Raki and Jordan who came and completed the installation.

Great interaction with this company. Knowledgeable and informative at all times and so easy to talk to. We are very happy to have lithium batteries installed by them even though we had solar panels installed a couple of years ago by a different company (who couldn't be bothered to reply to our enquiries). Booked in with no issues and called to confirm installation with arrival times three days prior. Two very polite and friendly technicians arrived promptly on the date and time as specified and completed the work, explaining all work being carried out and cleaned up after themselves. We would definitely recommend, 5 star company and staff.

What a fantastic company to deal with ! They are easy to do business with and very knowledgeable in their field. All my many specific technical questions were answered straight away, they are easy to contact and always and get back to you very quickly if they are unable to take your call. James and Mason know their stuff and are some of the nicest people I've had the pleasure to do business with. My installation was done quickly and efficiently. Been in talks with them since August-September last year. Didn’t decide anything at the time, enquired about my plan with 5-6 different companies. Did my own research on the batteries.
Restarted talks with James in February and planned installation for 21/3/23. Jordan and Raki came a bit later than initially planned ( not their fault though, as accidents happen on the motorways and they couldn’t anticipate that). They did a very neat, clean job and finished same day , although the batteries had to be lifted all the way to the loft.
Along the way, excellent communication from James and Mason.
Now I have a 12kW battery system and a brand new 5kwh inverter ( my request instead of standard 3kwh, so I can quickly charge the batteries from grid if needed).
I was skeptical as I haven’t worked with them before and had pretty bad experiences with other companies ( including big names) who didn’t turn up on the day agreed and had to rearrange ( which for me is a huge problem as my role in the NHS means I have to give 6 weeks notice for any day off / annual leave I have to take).
I really appreciated their professionalism, promptness and keeping their promises.

After delays with other local companies when I was trying to get my inverter replaced, I discovered Sunergy Renewables and got a very prompt response and competitive quote. James was good on communication and Jason was polite and diligent in fitting the new inverter. Unfortunately the first inverter failed but it was very promptly replaced, the whole process being completed within about two weeks of getting the initial quote.

I spent ages trying to find a company who could give me a quote for what I actually wanted and I contacted several. After weeks of sitting in my front room talking to salesman I gave up. Just by chance I saw an add on Facebook for Sunergy and I decided to message them at midnight on one Saturday evening. I'm so please I did this as James actually messaged me back straight away and provided me with a quote the very next day. A couple of phone calls later I took the plunge and ordered a replacement inverter as mine was failing and an AC coupled 17.4Kwh battery storage system. The team did a really great job of installing and setting this up. They did a good clean installation in my home, I am really happy with everything. Spending a lot of money with someone you dont know would make anyone nervous but these guys were great. Thanks so much.

Amazing company!!!!!! I have to admit, I get very anxious when it comes to spending large amounts of Money and after lots of research I had been visited by 4 different companies, non of which for various reason gave me the confidence to proceed with my installation. Then came a phone call from James, after 10 mins on the phone I knew he would be taking my business, James has a professional yet very calming persona, I wanted a 17kw battery system fitting to an existing solar system, I even had him change my inverter on the old system so everything could talk to each other and be monitored as I wanted. He answered every phone call and even spoke a lot over whatsapp. The installation was carried out by 2 fantastic Engineers, Jordan and Raki the latter being really friendly and chatty. They were very clean and tidy and left me feeling really confident about their workmanship. On completion they showed me through the system and other than a small problem with a wireless dongle everything worked seamlessly, James order a new dongle and it was up and running in less than 3 working days. All I can add to this is that if you are thinking about solar and batteries and you have spoke to this company already I wouldn't bother wasting my time with others, you have already gone to the right place.
