Amazing Value!
First rate delivery of a brilliant product. The pool filter and pump was at a bargain price-in a damaged box (found it hard to find the damage). It has already proved that our old pool filter wasn’t doing the job!
Definitely recommend Sunshine Pools.

All the staff were great ŵe where moving and they held back my order for a week still hadn't had moving date so had to cancel by the time I got a date they sold out the pool i wanted so went for the.next best thing to find out they had sold out of that too .but the young lady found me another different shape but I ordered any way to see my Grandaughters faces was brilliant ill treasure that for a long time

Customer service over the phone, nice to be able to speak to someone and get immediate response. Very helpful chap, who resolved my purchase problem and explained the reason why I couldn’t have a different delivery address when purchasing my product on their website.

Fantastic swimming pool!
The Intex pool that I bought is absolutely incredible, and my kids adore it, it was about four days late, due to the Dx courier having some kind of issues, but I can’t fault the pool, at half its original price it has really made our summer.

Great pool kit
Pool was delivered on time and kit complete. Instructions easy to follow. We had elected for the build firm option, but having seen the kjit, decided to do it ourselves. Money for the build was instantly refunded. Building it ourselves went smoothly, only difficult part was pushing the long poles through the liner.
Filling the pool, the top sides bulge inwards alarmingly, but quick You Tube check and this is OK. We felt this could have been mentioned in the instruction manual :)
Once completly filled the sides are straight.
We did have an issue with Error 90 - low flow, but again a phone call resolved the issue as a faulty electrode which arrived next day and sorted the issue. So pool is in use and happy days

Great pool, outstanding service
Great pool, competitive price, delivered promptly but what was outstanding was the after sales service and assistance in setting up the pool. Liz helped enormously in calculating the chemicals required for our pool and where to source them quickly. All in all, I could not recommend this company enough.
