Good product, poor cover
Good product, very robust when filled. However the cover is rubbish & has split after just 2 weeks! It needs a solar roller cover included in the price!

Delivered late on promised date of…
Delivered late on promised date of delivery.. We never accepted delivery as it was too late for the required use but they held back almost £60 for ‘postage’.

I’m sorry there was a delay in the item being delivered. The delivery day is not guaranteed, it is only indicative and delays in the courier networks can occur, as per our delivery policy.
As the delivery was refused, the courier charge of under £38 was withheld from the refund, as returns are at the customer’s expense, as per the returns policy.

When we received the pool and it leaked…
When we received the pool and it leaked water....
Simple and most obvious thing to do was get the leaking one collected and send us another!
But no all sorts of issues can't send another..
What about the hundreds of gallons of water we've wasted and the time we now can't recover, kids can't play in the pool....

We are sorry that there was a leak in the liner. Unfortunately, we do not know if there is a fault with the liner until the customer alerts us to it, as the pool sets come boxed into our warehouse.
We do not stock spare liners and the manufacturer prefers to communicate directly with customers on all their warranty claims as this is the quickest way to resolve any problems.
We are glad we could send you some patches, so you could continue to use the pool and the manufacturer will be sending you a new liner.

Fantastic pool in time for hot weather
Delivery was easy at set time/ day. Pool was delivered to the place needed. It took us 3 hrs to come strict the pool and a couple of days to fill (24ft). It’s amazing, children love it. I use a tether for swimming

Do NOT buy from sunshine pools
Do not buy from sunshine pools. They have sent us a damaged, dented, marked pool with a leak. They keep palming us off to bestways with no solution. Was told to fill the pool and they would send patches whilst we wait we have now been told by bestways that the pool needs to be cut up in order for them to replace. Wasted time, water and money. Now not answering the phone or replying to emails. Will be going through my credit card company to have the money refunded! Avoid! Absolutely no responsibility taken blaming third parties for the problem!

Just two flaws
The pool is great. However there is two flaws. firstly The pool cover is way too small. Whatever way we turned it the pool cover would not fit. Secondly, the plastic nuts easily brake. My child tried to climb the ladder and quite a few of the nuts flew off.we had to go to buy metal nuts as a replacement. Other than that it is perfectly fine.

The covers are packaged with the product they are the correct size for. We have had reports the covers are quite tight to put on initially but this should get easier. If you have a few people to assist the first time, this should help.
