Support Coinbase 

Terrible customer service from Coinbase. Set up a Pro account, and had to change my email address as Hotmail wasn't receiving Coinbase mails (amongst others). My bank accounts now won't work or verify though they worked before I changed my email address. Removed and re-set them up, but when I go through the process as directed, payments get sent back.

Sent 2 tickets in using their support portal, got the usual automated response, but nothing else.
In the meantime my account is in limbo. Cannot deposit, cannot withdraw.

Avoid these like the plague. Shocking.

more than 20 days left to VERIFY my account!!!

why you fooling us by your message "it's taking a few minutes for verification to complete. check back in a bit!"

do you think 20 days is reach a bit? or may be less!!!

Shocking performance from coinbase... a considerable amount being held in a pending balance with no acknowledgement, reply or response, this is the real reason the rest of the grownup financial world doesn’t trust crypto exchanges, this kind of thing doesn’t happen at Barclays the technology just isn’t there yet, and has a lot of growing up to do. If I’m wrong then coinbase are either incompetent or just holding funds for other reasons, either way it doesn’t look good, does it?

Out of nowhere my level 2 verified account was 'restricted' on november 28th. I raised two support tickets and a complaint but up until this moment there is no response from Support and my problem is still not solved. I can't buy/sell/send, heck, I can't even export my data or close my account (GDPR anyone..?). There's simply no excuse for a support ticket to take 44 DAYS to be answered! If my problem isn't solved within two weeks I'm raising my case at the Financial Ombudsman Service (and probably more). Coinbase is keeping my money/data hostage and it's like talking to a wall.

Update: Problem was solved by support after 7 weeks.

Same here, Every time there’s a big move with Bitcoin account they lock everyone’s account and there is nothing you can do to fix it.
My guess would be they lock everyone out and invest our own money themselves. Theives

They have the worst customer service! I have been restricted in my account and no one is helping. I have tried numerous support tickets, keep getting automated replies that dont work. Its absolutely horrible!!

My account has been disabled for unknown reason and the requested verification says my birthday is wrong on my uploaded id. Support is not answering since weeks, even I opened multiple support cases.

I have been trying to get support for my Coinbase account for months. All they do is rought you back through the help support on the program. They have no real people to help you you will be caught in this circle forever. I lost my opertunity to make thousands on dollars in profit. All I needed is th actually speak with a actual tech support person. Instead of the repeating help support trap they put you in. BUYER BEWARE OLEASE DO NOT FALL INTO THE COINBASE TRAP. COINBASE WORKS GREAT FOR A WHILE UNTIL YOU HAVE A PROBLEM. THAT IS WHEN YOU FIND OUT THAT COINBASE HAS NO SUPPORT> ONLY A MERRYGO ROUND.

This is the stupid customer service I have ever seen. All are fraud people are working in coinbase. Don't want to reply to customer ques. I have been suffering from this for the last 11 months.

Gentlemen, cold wallets like exodus or a ledger directly and they are removed from these scam companies. I have also lost my account with my money because THEY have disabled it for me and they do not answer. With Exodus I have not had any problems.

Coinbase is an uncontactable company. No email, no phone, no chat service, apart from a completely useless bot. No instructions on how to verify yourself via KYC. No help.
They have the worst support of any company in the crypto world I have had to deal with so far. And that is saying something as crypto exchanges are almost universally terrible.
I have done everything possible but cannot contact a living soul and I am unable to use their services. I get lots of emails saying "get started" but cannot do anything whatsoever.

Not good not bad. Coinbase is interesting project but if 2 be honest it's for newbies only. Anyway I use it and I like it

2 weeks ago I withdrew USD-Coin from coinbase commerce to (normal) coinbase.

The withdraw is still PENDING!!!
Even after contacting coinbase support numerous times, this still hasn't been fixed.

Although the bitcoin transfer I made 7 days ago was approved from the blockchain and the money was spent, coinbase still did not confirm and I cannot withdraw my new money.
support service does not answer! no confirmation or answer is given.

This is the worst most frustrating experience EVER!!! 2 weeks ago I accidentally locked myself out of my account and no matter what I do, I can not get back in! There is no one to speak to on the phone and every email that I send them just comes back with links to their support pages that are no help at all. I have been contacting them every day to try to get help... In this difficult time, I need my money so bad but I can not get access to it because these people just do not care!

Robbers and thieves, they will write up your purchase incorrectly then email you saying they do it correctly, liars and clearly bs'ers.

This company is a scammer. Beware!!!
They signed me up quickly. I bought $250 BTC. 6 business days later after waiting on my account’s approval i got an email allowing me to withdraw or send my crypto. You bet, i made several attempts and i can’t even send or withdraw the bitcoin. I see it appreciating and depreciating on value depending on the market raise or descends. Sending Coinbase emails for Customer service help or even calling their phone number is as difficult to get a person to deal with my problem. I only get robo emails from this shady company. I think they are scammers and we need a petition to have them sued or shut down!

This service, if you can call it a service, is a disaster. There is NO Coinbase support, NO customer service, there are robots and formatted auto-replies.
I have been sending passport photos for weeks, as requested, clear, sharp, perfect photos, and I keep coming back to the same message "we couldn't verify your identity".
I have sent several requests by email, the answers are all automated.
Yesterday, I spent hours, once again, downloading an application to connect a smartphone webcam to a pc, because the webcam on my computer doesn't work anymore, and repeating the same gestures over and over again, selfie with paper held at arm's length, and photos of the ID. Finally it succeeded! It's the first time since my computer's webcam is down that I still manage to send the damn selfie. And frankly I have other things to do with my time, especially with sick people of my family around !
Anyway, I was so happy to have succeeded yesterday. Well this morning, guess what ? Message from coinbase, we couldn't verify your identity, please post, etc ! So I'm sending again, but this time as a file upload, a picture of my passport, perfect again, to complete my selfie. And here they are again, we couldn't verify, etc, etc.
It's infernal. Coinbase isn't the last to take monstrous charges, which have nothing to do with what they advertise. It's a far, far cry from the small percentage they advertise when you do an operation. I have had, once, literally 15 euros go missing between the transaction recorded on my account and the fiat amount that arrived on my bank account and it was NOT the bank.
Go to another platform, unless you want this site to make your life as a crypto investor a living hell! Outrageous !
