I really like coinbase, its a good wallet, they support many currencies and they offer a Visa debit card that connects directly to chosen currency-wallet, like ETH wallet or BTC wallet, and exchanges directly when you pay in store or atm with the card. Also it cost under 5£ to get it.

From the Netherlands PAID FOR Bitcoin worth of 3600€ and paid for that on Coinbase. The payment provider transfered the money to Coinbase and Coinbase says they know nothing because they cancelled the transaction. THE MONEY ISN'T ON THE BANK ACCOUNT! We have contacted Coinbase them and they don't help. Now contacting the bank account and seeing how we will proceed from here on. If nothing happens legal action has to be taken against them!! THEY TOOK THE MONEY AND THERE IS NO BITCOIN ON COINBASE AND THE BANK STATES THAT THE AMOUNT HASN'T BEEN CANCELLED.
I need to know today when WITH the exact date I will receive my money back on the bank account. Customer support is a joke
Customer support is a joke. Coinbase seemingly is trying to represent that they have a customer experience program, however they do not.
What they have are minions, whom no matter what you send them, send you back boilerplate that typically does not address the specified issue.
They, seemingly intentionally, DO NOT INCLUDE YOUR ORIGINAL MESSAGE THREAD. This means that the response you get has no context. Gee, why would they do this? If you've submitted multiple support request, good luck sorting out what's what.
Sometimes, they do not respond at all, except that you get a "Closed Ticket" response. Yes, that's right, they didn't do anything on your ticket and closed it none-the-less. There is of course no way to reopen a ticket.
Their support UI does not even show your tickets under the "view tickets" type view.
Add this together with their ridiculous bank deposit times, about a month for your funds to become usable, and pretty much their entire value proposition is a joke.
You can submit one star survey reviews of their support and it has zero response.
Very Poor Customer Service!
Trying to verify my account has been an exercise in futility! I have been trying now for over two weeks to submit my driver's license and my photo (with the required text) - to no avail. It ALWAYS says "Fail". Tried with multiple laptops, cameras and my cell phone. No luck. And customer service is an absolute joke! They take 3 - 4 days to respond; then when they do, they simply copy and paste what is found in the Q&A section which wasn't a help in the first place anyway. Then when you respond asking them for REAL help, they send the same exact response again! We have no indication that the verification process, or customer service, will be improved. If you choose Coinbase, I wish you all the luck in the world!
