Excellent customer service

I would highly recommend this company as their customer service has been brilliant. I needed a replacement part, which was sent quickly and without any hesitation. Excellent service.

Outstanding customer service

I needed a small spare part for my 4-year-old patio set, and was surprised that Supremo could supply it, and at a very reasonable price. It came quickly and was easy to fit. Outstanding customer service from Sharon of the Supremo Help Team.

Bought a pergola 3x3 had for 3 months…

Bought a pergola 3x3 had for 3 months storm burt destroyed it in Dec. The warranty is worthless company didn't care. Screw holes didn't line up properly had to assemble. Buy from a better company. Very expensive for only 2 months when I was sold it I was assured it would with stand the winds where we live on an island

We are sorry to hear your Belfort Pergola has been affected by the December storm.

As previously communicated, our assembly instructions state that the Pergola should be secured into solid ground, such as concrete. Our warranty information is included at the end of these instructions and states: ‘If an item fails as a result of a manufacturing fault or defect under normal domestic use and is not covered by damage caused by unforeseeable circumstances and weather conditions, and failure to observe reasonable care and maintenance and assembly instructions’.

We are not sure who has assured you that it would withstand the winds where you live. However, we do advise that curtains should be in the raised position, especially if wind exceeds over 25m/s.

We understand this may not be the response you expected and can only apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Parasol cover replacement…

I contacted supremo leisure via email regarding a new cover for my parasol. A lady called Sharon replied very promptly and was very helpful in ensuring I got the correct item posted to me within two days.
Excellent service, very prompt and reasonably priced.
I sent her a photograph of another part that needed replacing and the same outcome, item arrived next day.

Back up service doesn't get much better

So it must be 10 years ago or more that i bought patio furniture from Supremo and noticed recently some of the chair foot pads were missing. The furniture set has lasted so well, still looks great and perfectly fits our needs so rather than hunt for new i tried a long shot and contacted Supremo to see if replacement feet were available. Understandably the item was long discontinued but the very helpful Rachael advised it to leave it with them and see what can be done. To my surprise she contacted me later to say they have come up with a solution and fashioned or modified some existing feet as a possible solution, and they worked a treat. Not only did Supremo the extra mile to help, they didn't even charge for the items provided. Mightily impressed

We recently replaced the parasol canopy…

We recently replaced the parasol canopy and the service in doing so was excellent. From Rachael in customer service team. Then a few weeks ago the central bracket on the free arm broke. Supremo - Rachael supplied me with the parts FOC due to buying a new canopy and I paid for the delivery. New parts are now fitted, but must say the customer service was 1st class, excellent again. I dealt with Rachel. A great product with excellent back up

Supremo eight seater table

Supremo has consistently demonstrated a commitment to exceptional customer service. Unfortunately, we experienced a breakage of the glass on our table. However, the process of obtaining a replacement glass was seamless, and every effort was made to ensure its delivery and installation. I was kept informed regarding the delivery schedule, and Sharon, with whom I interacted, exceeded expectations in addressing my inquiry and facilitating the delivery and fitting of the new glass. I would highly recommend the quality and design of their furniture; it is genuinely of superior quality.

Excellent help on getting spares

Phoned to ask how to get replacement feet caps.
Sharon was extremely helpful and we received the correct items in the post very quickly.

High price for such poor longevity

Like others here I have also discovered this is not a quality product that is going to last a long time

Given the price, it has proven to be a poor investment lasting just beyond the 2 year warranty period.

The plastic webbing has snapped at the edges so the outdoor furniture is falling apart

This is especially disappointing considering the limited use it has received. The product is kept at our static van, where it remains indoors for four months each year during the closed season. It is never exposed to winter weather.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product to others.

Great service for replacement seat leg pads

We have a patio table set and really happy with the comfort of the chairs.
The plastic feet started to wear and wanted replacing and was suprised at the excellent reply to my email asking about replacement chair feet to fix on to base of the chair legs.
Sharon was very quickly answering my emails and then phoned me for details.
They were posting out the same day!
Fabulous friendly service.
Excellent furniture and very pleased with everything about this patio set.

We purchased 2 parasols for our patio

We purchased 2 parasols for our patio. They are both identical and have a push in button at the top of the pole that allows you to tilt the parasol. We have never used the above feature but in both cases the metal buttons have snapped causing both parasols to be permanently tilted and useless. Dreadful waste of money and I will have to take them down the dump

I had purchased a gazebo from supremo…

I had purchased a gazebo from supremo but on building it I noticed a defect in the curtains.I contacted supremo to report the issue,and I was asked to send photos and proof of purchase.within 72 hours I was sent replacement curtains,great after sales service.

Fantastic service

I emailed Supremo regarding a new parasol canvas , Sharon then telephoned me to get correct details it was all dealt with & sorted very quickly. It arrived the day after payment so really pleased with customer service , thank you .

I highly recommend not purchasing their…

I highly recommend not purchasing their covers! They’re not waterproof! After spending £2,000 on garden furniture plus £120 on a cover, one day of heavy rain the cushions are soaking wet!

The covers have been designed to protect your furniture frames from the elements, with dual layers to protect the set from harmful UV rays and debris.

We do not advertise the covers as waterproof and advise that cushions be stored indoors for this reason; this should have been explained to you during the purchase.

Poor quality and poor customer service

We bought a Supremo corner rattan and table set from Tong Garden Centre for nearly £1,500. Two summers later all the rattan has snapped under the glass on the table and part of the chair is unsafe and has a hole in due to snapped rattan. Unfortunately they claim it only has 1 year warranty. I absolutely regret this purchase. I should have bought a cheaper one for £500 as that’s what my family have done and that’s lasted perfectly for the same length of time. A waste of money and shocking customer service will absolutely not buy from here again.

The furniture was in our extension all winter and under cover when not used during the summer. I would recommend buying a cheaper set from somewhere else so at least if it breaks you haven’t wasted £1,500 and sat on it for 2 summers. Unfortunately with British summer it means we’ve hardly had chance to use it.
