We required a new parasol canopy…

We required a new parasol canopy because our existing one was old and had deteriorated quite badly after 5 years.
The Supremo UK team made it a smooth trouble - free purchase.
Sharon Bailey was particularly helpful in making sure that the correct canopy was ordered and it was posted out immediately and it arrived a day later.

I needed a replacement piece of glass for a piece shattered in last winter's storms. Shannon quickly identified what I needed and arranged delivery very quickly. Patio furniture now complete again!

Not very Supremo at all.

The Supremo outdoor furniture set costing £2499 which purchased in July 2023 was expected to be top-quality merchandise, especially with a Supremo all weather outdoor cover which cost £110.00 was used. We were hoping to be use the set for the first time a few days ago, I was appalled to find that the outdoor cushion fillings were completely drenched with water. The level of water damage is utterly unacceptable for a supposedly premium product that came with a branded outdoor cover, which should have protected it. What exacerbates my disappointment is that we have never had the opportunity to enjoy the furniture set properly. We haven't sat down at the table even once due to this issue. For a supposedly top quality outdoor furniture set advertised as being for all year round and weather resistant, I feel this is very poor value for money and would not recommend to anyone looking to purchase.

Supremo furniture covers have been designed to protect your furniture frames from the elements, with dual-layers to protect the set from harmful UV rays and debris. We do not advertise the covers as waterproof and advise that cushions are stored indoors for this reason, this should have been explained to you during the time of purchase.

Fantastic customer service.

This company ..Sharon Bailey from the help team to be precise has gone above and beyond helping me...back and forth with emails, photos and measurements all for some feet for an outdoor dining set. This is what great customer service looks like...! I will recommend this company and products to anyone based on just their customer service...their outdoor furniture is obviously also amazing!

Great customer service!

Had a challenge with a part and contacted them via e-mail. They responded within two days as promised. They had the part and the charge was reasonable. Sharon who helped me was excellent. Very nice lady, very efficient, very helpful. Ps the furniture I got is gorgeous. It’s been outside all winter with the cover I purchased on it and it looked like new when I took the cover off in the Spring.
Highly recommend this quality brand.

Hi I have purchased a full set of…

Hi I have purchased a full set of garden furniture, the furniture is fantastic, unfortunately I can't say the same for the cover the rain just soaks through the cover leaving my furniture wet, we only put the furniture out last week it rained last night & all wet this morning, it's 2 years old & all is put away in the winter not left out, I am so disappointed I have email supremo complaints, awaiting a reply.
After speaking directly with supremo this afternoon I have been told the covers are not water proof they are UVP protected & shower proof, I paid £100.00 for my cover & I am very disappointed & would not recommend it, I now have to purchase a none branded water proof cover to protect my supremo furniture.
I have room to store my furniture but some people might not & have to leave outside all winter, so I dread to think how long it will last with just a shower proof cover, not long is it worth paying so much for your branded furniture! If it can't be protected from the elements, I would like a refund for my cover please.
I await your reply.

Supremo furniture covers are designed to protect your furniture from the elements, with dual-layers to protect the set from harmful UV rays and debris. Unfortunately, we do not produce fully waterproof covers, they instead have a hydrophobic coating to repel water and make the covers water-repellent with medium-level protection.

As the product was not purchased directly through Supremo, the protocol is to return the item to the retailer you purchased it from for a refund. The retailer should then be able to assist you further with this, if you have any issues, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Great service

I contacted Supremo as I required to replace a part on my outdoor patio set which was damaged due to moving house. I was able to describe the part but didn’t have a part number.

I received a speedy reply to my message. Sharon from the help team had identified the correct part, confirmed it was available and proved a price.

This was followed up with a phone call to take payment and confirm the part would be despatched.

Throughout, I found Sharon to be very professional, friendly and customer focused.

Great service from a true customer champion. So nice to deal with a company who wants to look after their customers.

Replacement table top.

After our table top shattered, I contacted Supremo to enquire about a replacement. Sharon Bailey was so helpful, checking the details of the original order. Sharon explained that the specification had changed since our purchase, but we could order the table top which would be fitted by a technician and if it did not fit we will be given a full refund. A top class service so far.

Great Service - Emma is a star

In the storms the glass top of my melbury rectangular fire pit table was smashed to smithereens. Emma was amazing on the phone as I was very worried /sad that the outdoor furniture I loved was ruined. Emma put my mind at rest and souced a replacement top - it was a couple of months before it would arrive in the UK but it arrived as predicted. There was a slight issue with getting the top delivered to my house as the appointed courier needed a signature at delivery but could not specify a narrower delivery window than 9am-5pm weekdays. With work commitments etc it was never going to be possible for me to be in the house all day during weekdays. I contacted Emma to explain the situation and she arranged for the delivery to be made one morning that I could be at home with no extra charge. Consequently I cant speak highly enough of the service I have received from Supremo and Emma in particular

Replacement furniture cover

One of the clips on my furniture cover had broken away after only being used for x4 months although I do acknowledge we had some extremely high winds this winter
I contacted Supremo and sent copies of my order/receipts and as it was within warranty I received a replacement cover within x2 days - excellent service from Sharon - thank you

Nothing short of disappointing.

I purchased outdoor furniture from Supremo with high hopes of enjoying leisurely days in my garden. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of disappointing.

Firstly, the furniture did not withstand normal UK weather conditions despite being marketed as suitable for outdoor use. I was shocked to discover that the numerous cushions on the sofa were not weatherproof and needed to be stored away during any hint of rain. With the sheer number of cushions provided, storing them would have required purchasing a new shed, which was completely impractical.

To address this issue, I opted for Supremo's "all weather cover" priced at £150. However, the cover proved to be anything but suitable for all weather conditions. It explicitly recommended removing the cushions before covering the furniture, which defeats the purpose of having an outdoor sofa in the first place. What's the point of having outdoor furniture if you can't leave it out in the rain, even with a supposedly "all weather" cover?

To make matters worse, the cover lasted a mere three months before tearing and the clips securing it in place came off. When I contacted Supremo to express my dissatisfaction and seek assistance, their response was incredibly disappointing. They showed no interest in addressing the issues with their product or providing any form of resolution.

Overall, my experience with Supremo has been extremely disappointing. Not only did their outdoor furniture fail to live up to its advertised durability, but their customer service was also lacking when it came to addressing my concerns. I would strongly advise against purchasing outdoor furniture from Supremo if you're looking for quality, durability, and reliable customer support.

Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for outdoor furniture that can truly withstand the elements and provide a hassle-free outdoor experience.

Due to high winds recently my parasol…

Due to high winds recently my parasol which we had left upright during the winter suffered damage and I contacted Supremo for help. Unfortunately my purchase was out of warranty but having sent photos of the damaged base unit, Emma went above and beyond in sourcing me a replacement part to purchase and was really helpful. Very pleased Io managed to rescue the parasol and will be able to enjoy it this year. After the summer it will be put down flat! Really happy with the customer service shown here

Fantastic service

Fantastic service. Our furniture cover came unstitched on one corner and we are being sent a replacement with the minimum of fuss and a really impressive resolution. Emma has been fantastic and Supremo have been brilliant….the true mark of great service is when something goes wrong and I can’t speak highly enough of Emma and Supremo. Thank you!!

Storm Henk and glass!!

Storm Henk decided to pay a visit to our garden and saw too it that our glass topped table came off second best. Assuming that the Athena 4 piece garden set was discontinued, I tried in vain to obtain an identical replacement, but ran into wall after wall. Admittedly and feeling a bit dim, I thought I should phone Supremo Customer services and spoke with Sharon, who I have to say was very patient and frankly, brilliant, She soon ascertained that they had replacement tops in stock and I was able to order one almost immediately and it is now en-route. Great customer service and people!!

Excellent customer service

I was delighted with my purchase last May of a Cayman Bistro Set. When the table top suffered some unexplained overnight damage last weekend I contacted customer services for advice. The response from Sharon was prompt and sympathetic. She supplied a replacement table top which has just arrived. All this was completed within a week. The best customer service I’ve experienced for a long time.

Cover Up

Absolutely abysmal customer service.

In August this year we purchased a branded Supremo cover for our Grand Modular set. Within two months one of the straps had broken off and because of the constant rain we’ve experienced every day have had to empty gallons of water which pool on the cover.

Customer claim form sent to Supremo yesterday who now advise that despite the advertising of the product indicating this is for our set, it is in fact a generic product and fits all or most of their sets (badly no doubt). Their solution to pooling on the cover is to ‘use a bucket on the seats/table to allow water to drain off or even a cane or maybe a broom handle at the centre’.

I have been offered another generic cover (larger) whilst stocks of the current cover are available in 2024 when another will be sent to me. I’ve declined this because they are simply not fit for purpose and why would I want two more of these to add to the damaged cover I already have?

I’ve asked for a full refund which has been declined and I’ve been told they can’t help me further and I need to go back to the retailer I purchased it from. I will be doing this but it’s clear that Supremo who only sell through retailers are simply not interested in their products and I have to question why they have a specific consumer claim form on their website.

Disappointing service, misleading advertising and poor product.

Our advertising indicates that your cover is 'compatible with', meaning that it was designed with the grand sets across our ranges in mind and does not advertise a one-size-fits-all approach. For example, your cover would technically cover a bistro set. However, it is not designed for a bistro, and its compatible cover would be more suitable.

Supremo outdoor covers include a water-repellent layer which will cause some level of water pooling. Ultimately, this is unavoidable with a cover designed to fit the whole set rather than individual covers. Unfortunately, Supremo does not produce such a cover, but other manufacturers do.

While we appreciate your frustration with the product, our customer service team helped in the best, and most efficient way possible. As the product was not purchased through Supremo, the protocol must be to return your item to the retailer for a refund.

We hope that your retailer is able to assist you further with this, if you have any issues, please do not hesitate to contact us.

The customer service department was excellent. The lady I spoke to was professional, knowledgeable and efficient but also had a friendly manner while speaking on the phone. She knew the replacement part I required straight away. I received this part within 3 days. A marvellous service.
