The staff is very nice and helpful. They’re very efficient, they don’t make you wait a lot and if the issue takes a lot of time they’d give you another bicycle to use in the meanwhile.

Terms and conditions not clear

I think customer location should be a limiting factor for subscription.
I gave all my personal information to the customer team including my address and he assured me that they have a very active customer service. All I have to do is to book an intervention in the app and agents will be at my disposal incase of any issue.
The very first month I had a flat tire issue, I called for help and they told me that they a limited to Paris and I can't cancel my subscription either because it's a 6 month engagement though the customer service on subscription told me that I could cancel at any time.
I had to leave my location to go the Paris using public transport.
One will say it's marketing, but I think they lied to me so that I could subscribe.
If I had that information, definitely wouldn't had subscribed in the first place.

Very welcoming and attentive staff at the shop when I went to pick up my bike, as well as on the phone earlier. Very quick and seamless service as well!

Staff is pretty nice and efficient but the store was often crowded with deliveroo drivers. Main pain point was the bikes I had always had small annoying issues : lock needing to be hand directed in the hole, key not coming out, brake not sturdy…

Sorry to hear you had some issues with your bike that is of course not what we are trying to achieve! We always check and service the bike, before handing them out, but in rare occasions unexpected damages can occur. You can of course always contact us, so we can arrange a service appointment to fix these.

I'm sorry to hear this, the late fees are added incrementaly after email and text reminders have been sent.
If you are experiencing issues with payment you can contact us as soon as you receive the first reminder email, before fees have been added, and we can work to find a solution and avoid such fees.
