I lov this cycle! I lost the cycle a cople day bifore... I come for the magazin for new cycle. I pay everting ver good.
The monseir haras me… He screm to me and say I can not hav cycle to work…. His the manage of thr store in paris… His naime Lio I think…everting wus ok, but he come my face and say I no good...insult me, my friend family work and coultur… He rude and push me and my freind oltside. I say no need to tuoich but he isagresiv. Terible managmant in paris, he shuld go prison.!! I send you email say my siatution…but no reponse!

Marcelo is the most competent person at Swapfiets Sebastopol by far. That is a shame he will be leaving in a few months.

Please read carefully in case of stolen bike. I assumed we are protected with an insurance but I have to pay 720€. The person who attended me couldn’t care less and I also have to pay for the month I didn’t not have my stolen bike before being able to stop my subscription. What a fraud.

However I am displeased with the bike I had rented.

The non-electric Deluxe 7 which I have rented is not suitable for city commute unless the roads are really flat.
Even when the slope is slightly upwards it becomes difficult to pedal above the 2nd or 3rd gear and the bike slows down drastically.
Steep climbs are out of question and better avoided.

It is good for crusing along flat roads and picks up speed easily and comfortably but fails to continue when the slope goes upwards even if that is at a low gradiant.

I have a 7 speed bike from swapfiets for 6 months now evrything work well for my day to day trip. I had to change my bike today after an accident, it was donne in 15 minutes.
