The staff is very nice and helpful. They’re very efficient, they don’t make you wait a lot and if the issue takes a lot of time they’d give you another bicycle to use in the meanwhile.

Hi, I rented the bike for two weeks but was told that I only pay for what I use. I brought the bike back the next day because I was not happy with the experience at all. I was told that all was set. Yet today I learned that I was charged for two weeks eventhough I only used the bike for 24 hours! This is totally unacceptable, especially that I am a student coming from Lebanon, and I made it clear to the employee who helped me that I cannot afford being charged for the whole amount if I didn't use the bike that long, knowing that we have a severe economic crisis! Besides, the bike was making sound while using it because the wheel was touching its protection and that made it slower.

The people are really nice ! However, the app really needs improving because you cannot reach them directly on it and you cant terminate your contract on it.

Very good experience with all the employees. Excellent explanations and availability at the corner shop. I wasn't put under pressure and everyone was kind and trying to do their best to answer my questions.
I recommend it.

Marcello in the shop at Boulevard Sebastopol is very polite and helpful, even though he has to handle the jobs of at least 2 professionals. Swapfiets France is obvisously victim of its own success. The client service is far from reactive. No one returns calls or messages over a whole week... I'm not impressed!

So the price is ok for a bike to rent with a certain service. But having to wait for email answers for 5 days and having to wait in the store for an hour is just bad service. Maybe with the rentré it is a lot of requests at a time, but actually this could easily be solved with an extra employee at the store (only one employee for whole of Paris?!).
The one working in store was very nice and calm even though he could have been quite angry with regard on his company. Big thanks to him :) but Swapfiets as company can do better.

I have joined the service over a week ago. Aside of the first email saying I would be contacted in 48hrs to arrange my bike pickup, I didn't get any message. Trying to contact this company have resulted with no answer. For a company that is all about service this doesn't forbode well. They happily took the money upfront though.
