Bag not dispatched 11 days after order

I ordered bag 1 Sep. It said bag would be dispatched 1 - 5 days. When I tried to call 10 days later the phone line said not in use and got automated email response. About to get my credit card company to put stop on transaction as not sure its legit. If it is then it's terrible customer service.

Good quality bag and excellent customer service

Good quality bag at a reasonable price. I love the Tullio style, it is a great size and shape. Not too big or too small, versatile as has a crossbody strap as well as a top handle. I needed it in a hurry and Swolit's customer service was excellent. They went above and beyond to make sure it arrived in time and that I was happy with it. It's the third time I have ordered from Swolit and I would definitely be happy to order from them again.

My order hasn't arrived, and having sent numerous emails and WhatsApp messages, there has been no response,just automated emails, furthermore they have my money, and I have no handbag, this is a very unreliable company

The bags are really nice crap crap crap customer service

The bags are really nice, however Customer Services is appalling, I returned some bags and sent them the receipts, WhatsApp them the receipts emailed them the receipts, spoke to them sent them emails, I’m wondering if the company has changed hands because before they used to be really helpful and now I’m really unsure about what’s happened I haven’t got my money back, I haven’t got a response, but the bags are nice

Still haven’t received a Order I placed…

Still haven’t received a Order I placed on the 21 July sent emails messages on what’s app to find out where my order was after days of messaging finally got told my order was missing and would receive a replacement which am still waiting for so unless your willing to wait ages for a order that doesn’t turn up and days for a reply th3n shop elsewhere
