Booked the taxi the evening prior and no show
Booked the taxi the evening prior, but a no show for an early morning ride to the airport. Not clear from the website booking as appeared to have been confirmed ... and when calling the help line the person put the phone down each time and refused to speak English, when having used them before I know all drivers can speak English ... very disapppointing.

A bit late, but we arrived on time to the airport.
All went fine. The driver was just few minutes late, but we arrived on time to the airport.
Prices are getting very high. It was not so long ago that for the same ride I would have paid 35-40EUR instead than 67EUR, which include 2EUR surcharge for paying with the debit card.

Taxi is not available at 3:00 am
I requested taxi to deliver me at 3:00 am on Sunday 23 October 2022 from Leiden to Schiphol airport. Unfortionately, the reply was the latest time to get taxi is 2:15 which is too early for me (our flight was 6:25 am). I had family with 3 kids.

Great service to Schiphol. Quick and when my flight was delayed, the driver simply came an hour later. Driver helped carry the luggage into the car. Smooth, quick drive. Will use again.

Usually 5 star service. Only 4 this time because we requested the van (our kids like it) but got a station wagon. Also, the driver didn't keep his mask on. As usual, service was friendly and on time.
