Easy booking and good communication
It was easy to book choosing the exact time and payment method. Got an email confirmation with all details. The day before, my driver sent me a message to ask if they could come earlier, and they were right on time.

We phone the driver and he is already…
We phone the driver and he is already angry because we are 10min late. Plane arrived late and then we had to wait for luggage, why do you ask to indicate flight number and if we have check in luggage if you don't even check the arrival times?
Then we ask where he was waiting and he could not understand "are you at the kiss + ride"? I even said "bent u bij de k+r"?
Then we find him and he asks us to put the dog in the trunk of the car! He said he was allergic, obviously an excuse.
Finally he does not even help unloading the bags.
We use x-cellent at least 6 to 8 times a year to go to airports, this was last time.

Very bad experience
Very bad experience. Booked a taxi to the airport a day before. Received confirmation via email. But it NEVER showed up and they didn’t pick up the phone or responded to WhatsApp either. As a result we almost missed our flight and we had an incredibly stressful morning.
