Taxi didnt show up :(
I booked a taxi to the airport well in advance in order to catch an oversea flight. I got a confirmation email..but the taxi did not show up. I must say that the person on the phone was super nice and sent a new car immediately (he explained he has no clue why the initial driver didnt show up) so in total we had 15min delay of the taxi. However I found this quite unreliable, what if there was no other available car to pick this reservation up..we might have missed the flight (trains were not running this weekend to Schiphol).
