Unprompted review
Delays in shipping.
The correspondence is a little confusing. I paid for early shipping. Then I made another order a couple of days after. Then I was informed both orders would be sent on the 15th of April. When I questioned why I paid for faster delivery only the first order was shipped on 15th and the second still hasn’t been shipped. I would like more clarity on expected ETA once orders are finalised just so I can ensure I make orders on time when I have events coming up.

The sizing chart was way off
The sizing chart was way off. The socks are significantly bigger than described and have been very difficult to sell.

Hi Nicole, thanks for your feedback. I checked in with our support team who advised that you hadn't reached out to them about this issue.
Both the lengths and sizes of our socks are regulated, so while an elastic product should have a degree of expansion they should certainly not venture far from the measurements they're made to.
As all socks are made-to-order we always advise customers to contact us first if they detect any issues so that we can address this with our factory team directly.
Will you a different company next time.
Very specific proof updates had been given a couple times but then still needed revisions. Once payment was made and the print sample was designed the proof updates did not get taken care of. More emails sent, many weeks went by then I had to reach out again to make sure things were moving along. Then again one of the changes did not get made so another sample proof had to be done. Keep in mind, all the changes were the same throughout this process with screen shots included.
Finally received our order and they are just “ok”.

Arghhh, 1 Star! That's never good. Appreciate your feedback though. Occasionally some requests can require a fair bit of back-and-forth if they test the limits of our manufacturing capacity. We're happy to test things out in the pre-production process, but they may require additional adjustments and resampling. While this may elongate this part of the process, it means that we can dial in a better design that both meets our client's needs, while also being reliable from a production standpoint.
Knee High socks can sometimes present a challenge if you wish to place your artwork towards the top of the sock, primarily because leg thickness at this point can vary greatly between individuals. While the socks won't have issue stretching to meet thicker legs, the artwork applied will also stretch with the sock material.
I'll deep-dive into your request with the team to see what was discussed and what we can improve on.
As the for the socks themselves, if there are any deviations between what was approved and what you received then you'll need to reach out to our support team.
