Great service arrived in excellent condition thank youall

Fantastic job done on my custom socks!!.Exactly how I wanted them,very high quality and comfy,will be ordering more.

Our first order just didn't appear - much emailing before including trying to take up one of the many offers whilst we were eligible were also not acknowledged.
Querying why the Track'n Trace pointed to another city was not explained and as the 'delivered' notification produced no package, it was then our task to track down where the package went. In summary, we were not provided with the correct T/T number but met a great Rugby club in the North Island!
Upon requesting a re-order the experience was opposite, frequent automated emails with the T/T number and a priority delivery ensuring arrival early.
This suggests that the first order never made it past the payment inbox.
The products appear to be good quality, if the sizing is quite small. We look with interest to see if this project, run as a fundraiser, will require another order... where we hope we will have experience B and not A!

The whole ordering process was very smooth and the responses were super quick. The socks were above my expectations: very comfortable and good quality. I recommend Team Feet!

I ordered the samples (classic crew, premium full sub and premium crew) and I was pleased with the estimated time of arrival. Still looking into one final design but so far, so good.

We are very happy with our Team Feet socks. Design was easy and the socks are proving to wear very well. Turn around is pretty quick as well.
