Poor quality

My case was very poor quality, and didn't last long a couple of weeks at the most. Techngeek thought it was because I hadn't placed it onnmu phone correctly but that was not the case.
However, they partially refunded me, which I accepted.

I ordered a controller for my sons birthday in March (this is now May) It never arrived and the tracking on it hasn’t moved since the 19th of March. I emailed techngeek numerous times and finally got a reply saying they would refund me because of the delay. I’ve waited 4 weeks for said refund and no sign. I emailed numerous times again, with no response. I will be avoiding at all costs in the future!

The spectacles were not suitable. I immediately contacted the company for return details and sent package off to the address given. After a month with no refund, I sent an email requesting it to be processed immediately. No reply, and no refund.

After being contacted by the company following the original unfavourable review, they have subsequently said they did not receive my most recent email, despite them having received the original return request sent to the same address, and my email not bouncing back as undelivered. They also said they have not received the returned item. However, regardless, they have now processed a refund, and so I have amended the original review to reflect this.

all good but I am not sure anyone is so perfect they deserve 5 stars, which is my only reason for giving four stars

The company provided excellent service. There was a problem with the product, but this was not their fault and they dealt with it very well.

Magnetic phone case, looks good and magnets worked well... however it ruined the phone use experience as the glass screen doesn’t work well and inhibits the use of the touch screen to a point that makes it unusable. Used it for a week, but couldn’t put up with it any longer, so ended up in the bin.

It a very nice colour I got the blue but not happy with the quality of the product it have a scratch on the front which you can see when the light is on it so that why I only give 2 stars update I send this company a email February to get a replacement but as yet not hear from then a bad way to treat a new customer

Item hasn’t arrived, placed order on 14/1/21, dispatch email on 21/1. Have emailed to enquire as to where my item is but no reply.

Edited to add, item has now arrived 7 days after I emailed querying where it was on a 48 hour Royal Mail service so obviously was not dispatched when they said. Still no email communication, very poor service, would not order from again!

Cheap shoddy product. Could hardly see through the bleary plastic lenses. Went straight in the bin.

The so called adjustable glasses were absolute rubbish. The packaging was poor, with no impact protection. The glasses themselves were made of what can only be described as the poorest quality plastic that I have ever seen.
Read the instructions, but they broke straight away. Chucked them in the bin in disgust!

Service and delivery 1st class but unfortunately the quality of the case was poor, top of touch screen doesn't work with phone in the case 😒

The only thing I could knock was the delivery- this was not their fault. With Royal Mail being so over run it just took a little longer than planned to get to me. But item was perfect when arrived..

Had the magnetic case for 6 days the case it meant to have double sided tempered glass however the case broke in my bag without being banged I contacted regarding this and received no Email back now part of the glass has chipped of and stuck into my hand this was off the side of the case which has not broken definitely wouldn’t recommend and I am very disappointed in the quality of the case and the lack of customer services

Wrong sticker for my PlayStation and was packaged poorly that it was damaged upon arrival. Binned
