Delivery was delayed due to error in…

Delivery was delayed due to error in product being incorrectly addressed, however I found the company very accommodateing and would purchase from them again.

The product (adjustable specticles) unfortunately where rubbish the company does themselves an injustice by selling such a rubbish product

Easy to order

Easy to order. Goods as expexted. Communication was good but delivery was very slow, possibly due to current covid situation.

Due to the current situation the world…

Due to the current situation the world is in with covid 19 all deliveries are taking a much longer time to arrive, i hope that people purchasing a product keep this in mind and allow for extra time for the products to arrive. Wishing all the best for this company during these hard times.

Refuses to give refund for faulty item.

I waited over a month for my product to arrive, being told it was shipped TWICE because the first shipping company would take over 60 days. The employer said they shipped it same day, however the tracking showed it was shipped 9 days after they said they would. When it arrived, it arrived faulty. The buttons on the controller were loose and rattled in its case, the charger would not work, and it disconnected itself and turned off after 20 minutes of use. I’ve since sent 5 emails requesting a refund within the last 3 weeks, only to be ignored by every single one of them.

Please, never buy from this company. They clearly only care about the money.

28th October:
As you can see from their response, they have said I have refused to respond to their emails asking for evidence of the broken controller. This is a lie. I sent multiple pictures and videos, and eventually I had to go through PayPal to get my refund. I have been emailed spiteful words being called a liar, saying that ‘karma will get me’, as well as other insults. Whoever runs this company has poor ethics and dreadful customer service.

We sent you two controllers, and we’ve requested a video / photo of the issue from you which you haven’t given to us as per our requests in order to assist you with the issue. Please respond to our emails so that we can assist you.
Edit: Pictures and videos were sent after the request on the 30th September, received 30th Sept. On the same date, confirmed that the second controller was sent to the customer as promised due to the delay of the first controller and evident fault. Customer then denied receiving the controller, conveniently, has since gone through PayPal to receive a refund for the faulty controller, which I have no issue with, but has kept the good controller which is quite typical of the conversations we have been having through email during this time.
As with all customers, a refund is given.

Quick, pretty, and cheap

Thank you for the controller. It was easy to buy, the great price, and I love the custom colours. I have already recommended it to my friends!

This company is an absolute joke

This company is an absolute joke! I ordered my sons birthday present on the 8th August, got told they had re sent another one as the shipping company said it would take 60days!! They happily took my money but to this day I have never received any products. I have now asked for a refund 8 times with no reply!! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY!!!!!

Still haven’t got my order

Still haven’t got my order, ordered on 6/8/20. Now 31/8/20 and still nothing.
If I could rate less than 1 star I would. Now the 16/9/20 and still nothing. Even got an email after the first rating which said they would send another item out via Royal Mail to arrive within 8 days. Surprise surprise nothing has turned up. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE

Now the 25/9/20 still no sign of order or the promised 2nd controller. Have emailed this Dan 3 times since last post asking for an update and have not received a reply. SCAM SITE

Very rude and unhelpful and I do not…

Very rude and unhelpful and I do not recommend this website to anyone. I have asked for a refund as I have been waiting nearly 4 weeks for a controller to arrive only to be told shipping is "out of their control". How do you explain that to a child who has patiently waited and is still waiting!!! A full refund should be given so I can take my custom elsewhere. They have taken my money and cannot tell me when i will receive the controller. To be told "there isn't much more they can do" is completely unacceptable. I have received no update and have had to contact you myself to find out what is happening! Customer service zero!!!!

Sorry that you feel this way, we have been very accommodating to your requests. The website clearly shows that deliveries could take between 1-6 weeks for delivery. They are usually with the customer within 10 days but there are sometimes delays which are out of our control. As mentioned in our conversation, when the item arrives, if you are unhappy with your purchase please let us know and we can refund you.

Dont buy it

This screen protector it isn't even a screen protector, its like foil, You can literally cut it with scissors (I've tried it). The screen protector was supposed to come in 5-10 days but came in a month. The seller said they live in the UK (where i also live) and I don't think that it takes a month to ship a package from the same continent. The intructions are in Chinese too. Im so disappointed. Now i have to buy another screen protector for my phone.
