Good but time consuming with multiple calls

Legit business but I don’t like being called multiple times for each different aspect that TenantShop covers. And I hate talking over the phone for 30 minutes just to sort stuff out. I prefer to do it on my own, as in filling out forms on my own, read documents on my own etc.

Would also like to add, as of all the calls I received from TenantShop, NONE asked if I would like to opt in/get/pay for their service (insurance, internet etc). Everyone assumed I would be interested and even when I specifically say I’m not (i.e. insurance), I still had to stick to the 30-minute call and answer all those questions which makes my life more difficult now that I have to cancel the direct debit for the insurance myself. It felt like I was forced to give my debit card details during the call because they claim “it’s best to get insurance since you’ll be renting a furnished property”. And I tried not be mean by not ending the call.

But I have to say everyone at TenantShop speaks respectfully and nice. I just don’t like how they thought it’s fine to do business with this approach.

Not reliable

Had to ask 3 times for them to contact my partner rather than me as he was sorting out billing. When they finally did arrange a time to speak to him they didn’t bother to call. Overall have made little effort to help us.
