This back chair is a must for anyone with back pain. I take it everywhere with me and it is supportive and very comfortable. This new one is a replacement, i had my first one for 20 years and it was worn out, i placed the order on a sunday and received the chair 2/3 days later. Doesn t get any better than that!!

I would have no hesitation in recommending Back Shop to anyone. I ordered a Backfriend on Thursday evening and an attempt was made to deliver it on Saturday. We were both out but the delivery company left a card telling us they would attempt delivery on Monday and they did, exactly at the time they said they would.

The order was easy to make online, the dispatch service extremely prompt and the delivery made when it was supposed to be.

Excellent service, I would definitely use back shop again.

Many years ago I purchased the 8 degree version of the wedge cushion which has done good service. I was delighted to find you again and have now bought the 11 degree version (which arrived the next day!) and has made a great difference to my comfort. This is the first time I have ordered from this company but if they always dispatch the goods so quickly I will have no hesitation in returning. The item was well packaged and looks good but it is for my husband who is yet to try it so I cannot comment on its efficacy yet.

I needed a back support belt at short notice, having been let down by another company. The Back Shop said they would dispatch the same day if I ordered before 1pm, and they did. I received the belt the following morning.

I spent ages dithering, changing my mind, trying seats out, dithering again.. but the person who served me was the epitome of patience. She also gave invaluable advice and guidance on other ways I could improve my sitting at the computer and thereby reduce resultant pain.
She was aware that I was on a budget and at no time tries to coerce me into buying something that was beyond my ideal budget.

Competent in-shop and online service with excellent and potentially life-changing products. Well-stocked in all areas. Chairs perhaps rather expensive but there is a great deal of choice.

The Backpal was delivered promptly, and is easy to use so I can recommend it on that basis. Only time will tell whether it delivers any lasting change in posture.

I was extremely impressed by the service I received from this company. The initial price for Backfriend that I ordered was very reasonable ie. cheaper than buying via Amazon. It got better still. I phoned to ask the shipping price to be told that it was included in the basic cost. Whats more it took only 2 days to arrive, from the date ordered online. Need I say more?

I recently purchased from the Back Shop website some mbt shoes. Apart from loving the shoes, the service, communication and delivery was first class. I would definitely recommend the Back Shop 100%.

Arrived very quickly in good packaging. Purchase is exactly as described and fits into my car seat. This is the second time I have bought this and have used the additional parts to repair old seat and use in the house.

The advisor I saw was absolutely brilliant and steered me towards a much more suitable product than I would have gone for if purchasing on line. She also saved me from getting another unsuitable product for work - I checked out her advise re desks and what she said was absolutley true, and helped me convince my employer to get me the desk I wanted. I purchased a pair of MBTs online from The Back Shop and would thoroughly recommend them. The range of products, price, ease of ordering and speed of delivery was superb. I am very happy with the overall service and will shop again with them.

We ordered a Backfriend from The Back Shop at the weekend, and were amazed to see a courier van outside our house on Tuesday at 9 in the morning! We knew that the Backfriend would be marvellous - it's our second one - and the price was the best we could find anywhere. You can't beat that.

The instruction sheet is a bad joke…I spent nearly three hours together with my wife over the last two who heard me struggling and complaining. I do have a bad back and it was even more difficult trying to decipher and assemble the chair. The instructions are dodgy on a number of points and to cap it all there are no pictures or diagrams of the chair fully assembled.

We bought our office chairs 20 years ago from this shop. I use my kneeling chair every day and it was time for a new one. I landed up in London on a day when the shop was officially closed yet there was someone around and even though I had no appointment they allowed me lots of time, knew everything I needed and weren't at all upset that I didn't make the purchase there and then. I could have got the chair for ten pounds less online elsewhere but the service is so great at the back shop and if we all do that there won't be a shop. I made my purchase. It came the next day, at exactly the time they said. It was just as easy to put together as they said (and I am a non mechanically minded lady) and I love my chair. Thank you. very much!
