Slightly disappointed as I did think I was receiving a trademark product and the packaging indicates a mass produced cheaper version. Am giving it a go but not as good as my original cushion which I bought in a back care specialist shop and unfortunately lost.. Morale of the story - better to see before you buy sometimes!!

I already had high expectations of the Back Friend as my father in law had one 20 years ago. I ordered a double padded and it's fab! It came within a few days too! Really pleased with the service provided.

I bought the backfriend for my son who has had back problems for many years. His immediate reaction after using it in his car and at work for just one day was "Why did I not Know about this sooner?" Everyone in his office wants one. We are delighted both at the relief he has experienced and at the speedy service. Ordered Sunday processed Monday and delivered Tuesday morning. You can't get better than that.

The wedge cushion is just what I needed for playing the viola on a plastic seat at rehearsal-thank you!
The neck rest does not really do the job for making my stiff neck more comfy on a plane. I sit in the aisle as I have long legs and would have preferred it to be symmetrical. I think this would be OK for leaning against the window but it is not good for sitting in the aisle.

Very impressed with the speedy delivery as ordered on a Sunday evening. Delivered by Tuesday with a 1hr slot time of estimated arrival. Packaged well and to top it all off I am over the moon with my product......COMFY at last.

The products are really good value for money.

I am 6 feet tall and 14 stone, and this chair is just too small, yet nowhere in the blurb did it suggest that this very expensive chair is only suitable for small people. It has been waiting for my daughter to help in the assembling yesterday and on monday I shall contact the back company to express my disappointment and hope to return it. with a refund!

Very surprised to receive delivery so quickly after my order and very pleased with the purchase I made, I think I can sleep anywhere with my new neck rest.
