I found the multi-card ideal as a gift for my grandson as it gives him a range of stores to spend his gift. The process of selecting the card and $ amount then processing was very straight forward and he got it emailed to his phone immediately.

The gift card was not instantly sent to recipient.
The gift card was not instantly sent to the recipient. I wrote an email but because it was over the weekend, I didn’t get a reply however I called on Monday during business hours, no one answered the line. Got alittle worried but finally someone replied my email and resent the gift card to the recipient.

Scam - Avoid
This service is a complete scam. Avoid at all costs. I have had a terrible customer service experience like many other reviews (mixed among the fake 5* Google reviews these guys obviously pay for - one of which compliments their food and menu!)
These cards do not work and any attempt to get a refund is met with "email us and we will respond" - which they don't.
Legit case for a complaint to the ACCC.
