Exceptionally pleased with the whole experience - Stephen went out of his way to accommodate my requests, the team putting in the carpets were polite and efficient, and the end result is perfect, high quality and at a good price.

After 5 years in our office, the carpet tiles were absolutely horrid - and I only had a short time to get it all sorted out. The team (headed by John) were quick, friendly, professional, and managed to get everything taken out and then re-done with minimal fuss and mess. Cost was more than reasonable compared to the other quotes I was getting.

Shocking workmen-ship, just want to get in get out and get paid . Been back half a dozen times to sort flooring out and still not right. Would not recommend to anyone, stay clear .

Very good service. My wooden floors look great and the fitters were most efficient and cleaned up after their work. Good to deal with. I would recommend.

Overall we are very happy with the carpets and flooring, although at times it seemed a determined push was needed on our part to keep things moving forward at some kind of reasonable timetable. A few of the finishes on the flooring needed tweaking but they were very good about getting the workmen back in to do that. Certainly now everything is in and finished, we are very pleased.

The carpet has improved the look and comfort of my home. The carpet fitters were very helpful and pleasant.

Danny and his colleague were excellent. They fitted a wooden floor in my living room in 3 hours and it looks amazing, so pleased, thank you! Also the team of carpet fitters were equally good, worked quickly and produced a great result. All done in a day-perfect!
