We just came back from our second holiday booked through Carrie the holiday fixer. She has gone above and beyond every time. Researching hotels to meet our requirements and giving us lots of options to look through.
She keeps us fully informed on any information that we need to do, checks us in, send us reminder messages.
She really is fantastic!
As busy mum of 3 it's so reassuring to have the paperwork of a holiday taken care of.

A fantastic experience using The Holiday Fixer.
We booked a trip to Disneyland Paris through Carrie who was extremely knowledgeable about everything Disney from where to stay, explaining the meal plans and options on getting there.
Communication was brilliant throughout, nothing was too much trouble, even when we changed the time of our shuttle home at the last minute!
We would definitely look to use Carrie again who made the experience of Disneyland Paris so easy!!

Gemma helped us book a lovely hotel in Rhodes to celebrate a big birthday.
When the original flights and hotel were cancelled, she took all the stress away by sorting out alternatives for us really quickly. Resulting in an even better resort! Brilliant communication, really friendly and knowledgeable and will definitely use Gemma again.

We cannot thank Gemma enough for organising our 40th birthday trip. She recommended several fantastic hotels, and we settled on Gennadi Grand Resort in Rhodes which was exceptional. Gemma was entirely professional, knowledgeable, prompt and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for more. We will definitely use her again for future trips.

We have had a wonderful experience booking our holiday with Britt, who really went above and beyond for us. She spent a huge amount of time helping us to find the perfect hotel, but Covid and a tricky pregnancy (and then a newborn baby!) meant that we had to reschedule our booking more times than I can count. I think it ended up being three years from initial point of contact with Britt to our actual trip, but she could not have been more helpful or more accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble, and she was so kind every time we needed to make a change or cancellation. When our holiday finally happened, it was everything we had hoped for and more - well worth the wait!

Highly recommend Carrie, I’m a single parent and wanted to book a trip while my son was on school camp that took advantage of the unique opportunity to travel childless, every item on my wish list was met through Carrie’s recommendation (yoga, sunsets, restaurants, adults only pools and spa areas, warm weather, on the beach) based on time of year, budget and location. She also handled all the checking in and transfers, so took all three stress out of it. I couldn’t have asked for a better holiday or smoother experience. Carrie is your lady for holiday bookings!

We decided to use Carrie to help us organise a very complex holiday to Vietnam and Cambodia and we were so glad we did.

Not only did she deal with our many itinerary changes - she arranged flights, booked hotels and sorted all our check-ins and transfers. She removed all the stress from a few issues we had a long the way and I never felt for a minute we were not in safe hands.

She handled flight alterations, a hotel closure and even attempted change flight times at our request on a Sunday while we were abroad. She even surprised us with a bottle of wine and a birthday cake on our arival as I’d mentioned it was my husband’s birthday!

I will absolutely be using Carrie again. She really knows her stuff!

Had an amazing experience booking our holiday through Carrie (18 of us on our group booking) . She not only worked hard to get us the best deal for our holiday but also supported us throughout the whole process of us booking our destination wedding. Anita is friendly and professional. She quickly arranged our family visit to Rome, after I'd struggled to find anything suitable with other operators. The hotel was top notch and transfers to and from the airport were seamless. She listened, and ensured all our needs were met! I recommend her services, and look forward to booking our next holiday!

We had an amazing hoilday in Costa Rica! All areas were covered from transfers from airport, different hotels and excursions. We stayed in some stunning hotels it really was the hoilday of our dreams. Jo was always on hand to ensure the hoilday was planned to the finest detail including all activities we wanted to do and places we wanted to visit.

Joanna was excellent at sourcing multiple options for a family of 4 for a special Easter break with particular requirements. She was very good at starting with a wide range of options and helped us narrow them down until we got to a few, which she was brilliant at helping us compare the remaining options down to the best choice for us. We are looking forward to a wonderful holiday and will definitely be using her services again. Highly recommended.

Gemma was brilliant from start to finish with our holiday flights. We were planning to meet family we haven't seen for years in Australia, due to covid. I was daunted about booking the flights and Gemma was great at booking the flights, advised on downloading the App to have all details to hand and even checked us in - keeping us updated of any changes and did everything, which took the stress away to help us just concentrate on 'what to pack!'. It was the easiest trip ever and will definitely recommend and will be asking Gemma to take the stress out of all future holidays too! Thank you, Gemma - looking forward to our 2023 holiday! Britt has recently booked an incredible family ski-trip for later this year. It was a complicated booking given that it was a family ski-trip but Britt made it effortless. She found the best resort for me and then found the best provider at that resort. The one we chose was working out more expensive for me but was better value with Britt. She takes into account all of the little details that I would miss, such as airport, flight times, transfers, forecast weather/snowfall, accommodation suitability, dining and beverage requirements, equipment, ski-passes - the list goes on...
Overall it saved me a huge amount of time, was better value and gave me a better trip than I was expecting; thank you Britt! I'm not booking anything myself moving forward :-)

We've used Carrie a few times now and she's always super helpful. She understands the market and what we might want.
She anticipates our needs, helps with lots of little details and is very responsive when we ask lots of silly questions!
I thought the days of using a travel agent were behind us but actually now we're so busy with work and kids, having someone to sort out all the details of a holiday for us is such a relief.
