Great service, easy to deal with and very quick to process and send back my film photos as digitals and prints! Highly recommend, will be using again in future.

Fantastic - I was scared they’d get lost or wouldn’t be done properly. Not only are the scans WAY better than I thought they’d be (I can’t emphasise enough how worth it the scans are), the printed ver... See more

Excellent service as always!
It was ok except the film had been…
It was ok except the film had been exposed, so no result. Not your fault, of course.
Quick and professional
Home labs delivered exactly what they promised. Film was developed quickly once they had received the disposable camera and the digital files were sent in an easily accessible format.
We received physical copies of the pictures about a week later but I think the delay is more due to our local royal mail delivery issues.

Sent 2 rolls of film off over a week…
Sent 2 rolls of film off over a week ago, they were delivered Tuesday 17th June and i still haven't had my WeTransfer link sent or any contact whatsoever. I've emailed multiple times and also tried to call but no response. Really upset as i have used this company before with no issues and these rolls of film are very important for my work so needed them asap. Please send me my pictures or post my rolls back to me with a full refund and i will get them developed elsewhere. Will not be using again

No Updates, No Email Responses
This is the first time I've ever sent film of for development and I'm very hesitant to do it again.
I sent my film off on 29th May and sent 3 follow up emails and have not heard a peep since (it's now 10th June). Really disappointed at both the turn around time and lack of response. I just want to know what's going on!

Don’t develop your film here
I chose Home Labs specifically for their advertised 2-day turnaround. I sent my film via first-class tracked on Wednesday — it was delivered Friday morning because nobody was around to collect on Thursday. It’s now been over 3 days and I’ve had no scans, no updates, and zero communication. They are ignoring my emails and calls entirely. I only needed digital scans quickly, and this has been the complete opposite experience. Unprofessional and honestly starting to feel like a scam. Avoid if you’re on a timeline or expect basic customer service.

Great film developers
Gone to these quite a lot now to get my film developed and scanned and I'm always impressed with the scans. They're prices sre great compared to some others in the region.

Good value and quickly returned. Well packaged and most of all good processing.
Super super quick
Super super quick, best price overall when choosing between a few options. Shipped on Monday with RM48 and got my digital files Thursday afternoon! Will 100% use again. Great quality of scans, super fast and great service. 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
Quick and straightforward service 👍…
Quick and straightforward service 👍 refunded me straight away for damaged spools that couldn't be developed.
A most excellent service
Developed my photos really well despite the absolute mess of old unrolled film I sent them. Very happy indeed, will be using The Home Labs again.
Quality as always
Simple and easy to use website with a rapid turnaround on film development. I have used HomeLabs on numerous occasions.
Pictures turned out great
Good service
Scans sent on time, film negatives received within expected time scale. Good service.
