Great personalised service
They put together a well thought out trip for us with incredible hotels and experiences, adjusting the holiday to suit our requirements. They organised room upgrades where relevant so we could experience the most from everywhere we went. The transfers were all perfect and we felt so well taken care of at all times. I will definitely book with them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service both in planning and during a holiday.
Some options are expensive and a wider choice of hotels would be helpful (these can be arranged if you know what you want but a wider selection on the website would be helpful).

Trip to Costa Rica Jan 2018
Costa Rica is a great place to visit. John helped us enjoy it by putting our tour together with us. He listened to what we do and don’t like doing, and was able to offer his own insight into the various places based on his own experience so the trip worked to see different places and environments and be a practical proposition in the time that we had available. Once there the arrangements he had made worked well, and he remained contactable when we had questions to ask. While we were away we met with other travellers for whom he had arranged a tour. We agreed that we were very happy with all that had been done for us.
