Highly impressive!
I was put onto the Lending Room by a lender I had worked with previously. I was very impressed by their communications, speed and thoroughness - and particularly the excellent customer service provided by my Loan Specialist Lauren. Lauren was my assisting team member, and what an absolute delight it was to have her as my main point of contact.
She was very prompt in her replies, explained each step thoroughly and in great depth. Lovely phone manners, wonderful communication, all round a 5 star experience.
