I’m clueless in the whole process and when me and my partner started the process we didn’t know where to start

Nasreen Holmes and Chris Hall were excellent in dealing with my remortgage application.
From constantly checking the new mortgage deasl that were on a changing market due to the special circumstances I was in to letting me know the procedures that I would have to go through in order to secure a new mortgage deal. When this finally happened and a fixed rate was achieved from Chris, Nasreen was chasing up the companies off her own accord and reporting back to me constantly with new information and the next steps of the process.
With these two working as hard as they could, this led to my remortgaging deal being pushed through much earlier than expected and well in advance of the time frame that other companies who we were dealing with were giving us.
A really helpful experience with Nasreen and Chris that was really appreciated as there were tough times that were made less stressful by these two.
