Great product. Very useful. Battery life is very short, so you'll likely need to use it while plugged into charger. Other than this, no qualms.

Awful. Paid for next day delivery and they decided to email me days later saying it won’t arrived for another 4-5 business days. It’s now been multiple weeks. I decided to contact them to tell them I no longer needed it as I got help professionally & was taking too long, a lady then replied and never apologised for the inconvenience & also kept calling me the wrong name which is so unprofessional.

Ordered 10 days ago, claims to have 48 hour tracking, I’ve had nothing. No item has been sent, they avoid answering emails. Will have to report through trading standards now so they can investigate this company

Love this product...this is the 3rd one I've brought because everytime my family try it they end up taking it home. I sometimes have irritated ears and you can quarentee as a dog groomer it's a stray hair in there...these are really good for getting them out. Would be lost without it.

Don’t use this company - it’s a scam. The company was dissolved in February 2024 and the trademark doesn’t apply to this technology. I don’t understand how they have positive reviews - can only assume they are fake.

Fantastic product, really lets you see just how unclean your ears are!
I always cleaned my ears religiously and thoroughly every other day with cotton buds and with an ear cleaning squirter, one day I noticed my hearing in one ear was not as it should be.
I ordered the smartbud ear device and was shocked when I first used it, as I could clearly see quite a large peice of ear wax inside the canal into my ear.
I easilly removed it with the smart bud and everything is back to normal, that being said even though you think you clean your ears well, this device shows you that they aren't as clean as you think they are.

I bought the Smartbud a while ago during an offer and on recommendation from a friend. It has been a good value purchase and I continue to be happy with it. It charges quickly, is easy to connect to the app via my phone and makes it so much easier to clean my ears without difficulty. I've also placed a couple of orders for replacement buds in the time since I've had the Smartbud and these have always arrived quickly with no delays. Well worth a purchase!

Don’t bother, another scam business claiming to be a huge company selling lots of products.

False tracking sent slow replies on customer service and keep getting the same “we have sent this please be patient”

What you’ve sent it and it’s been over a week with Royal Mail? This happens so much nowadays with these instagram “business's”

Great marketing but to good to be true.

DO NOT BUY. I literally just had to fish the tip of the cleaner out of my ear after it come off inside my ear canal. First time it has ever happened and the product has gone straight into the bin. The tip was fully secure when it went into my ear. How this product is doctor recommended I have no idea.
