I was looking for a very specific watch to add to my collection, a piece that was quite and hard to find. I was happy to come across The Sutor House, which not only had this watch in their unique selection but also made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Communication with Norm was easy and professional, and within just 48 hours the watch was delivered right to my home. It was carefully packed and arrived in perfect condition, exactly as promised.
As a collector, I personally prefer signed warranty cards, but since The Sutor House is not an authorized dealer for this brand, the watch arrived as an “open card.” This, of course, is not their fault. When I expressed my disappointment, Norm Sutor went above and beyond—personally contacting his supplier to arrange for my warranty card to be signed. That extra effort shows real dedication to customer satisfaction.
It’s rare to see a dealer go out of their way like this, and I truly appreciate it. I would absolutely recommend The Sutor House to anyone looking for their next timepiece.
