Absolutely awful company. One order on 24 hours delivery. Completely messed up delivery by only delivering half the items. A week later I still dont have what I have ordered and paid for. Awful.

excellent customer service
I came across this website on google and rang for some advice. Aaron answered the phone and was amazing, he clearly explained everything to me. Aaron best the price I had seen elsewhere and even managed a Saturday delivery for me. Even after I ordered our underfloor heating he was so quick to respond to my queries over email even on a Saturday morning. I would have no hesitation in ordering from here again as the customer service is amazing. Thank you again Aaron you have been a tremendous help! Jo

They were absolutely brilliant. I miss calculated how many boards I needed and they went above and beyond to get them to me on time before my tiler arrived. Service let down by carrier
Whilst your service is swift, I have found that your delivery partner DPD less than adequate. Their failure to comprehend simple delivery instructions is a problem. I hope that in future you are able to find a postal service that is capable of comprehending the English language. Despite paying extra for next day delivery the order finally became available more than a week late. Never the less the Underfloor Heating Company did make a full refund without a quibble, so at least that’s one less problem!
