Paid extra for 5 day shipping…..arrived almost a month later.

Great product. I wish it is made in the U.S. so that the turn around time is faster.

I have not received my order yet. It’s been almost 3 weeks.

Paid for expedited shipping so that I would get this before Mothers Day for my wife. It should have arrived the Wednesday before, at the latest. It is a week later and still has not arrived. I requested a refund because the entire point was to have this as a Mothers Day gift. Now that it has never arrived I think I certainly deserve a refund. Customer service is terrible and simply tell me to keep waiting. Unfortunately, it looks like I’m being forced to initiate a chargeback at this point.

Order took too long, despite paying extra for faster transportation. Didn’t receive in time for wife’s bday.

I gave this as a Mother's Day gift and I knew it was a hit when she opened it and tears came streaming down from her eyes.

Very disappointed with the size. I didn't realize how small they were.

Horrible experience. Shipping takes an eternity, regardless if you choose expedited shipping or not. Then it sits in sorting facilities for days without moving. Don't send ads around holidays and important dates if there's no way to get your product to your loved ones in time. I thought weeks in advance would be plenty of time but my wife of course was left with just a card for Mother's Day.

We ordered the wooden bear puzzle set at the end of April for a Mother's Day gift. It is now a week after Mother's Day and the gift has still not arrived.

We are hoping the product is of good quality as we were shocked to realize this comes from China and it takes over 3 weeks to arrive

Well it was a mothers day gift that was ordered well in advance of mothers day. Did it get here on time... NO Not even close.

It’s false advertising, misleading, it looked much bigger in the advertisement than actual. Very disappointing and wasted money

I was skeptical after reading some of the reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised when I received it. My wife loves it and product is true to the description.

I wish it was bigger but all in alllll it looks amazing. Plus my sister lover it.

Paid for DHL Express Shipping - they sent with normal china shipping - more than 15 days!

Also ordered two items - received one !

Stay away from them !

Shipping a was a little long in the tooth but got here and the size is a little small if you ask me for the price.

Great product, fair price, just arrived a little later than we were initially told.

Very easy to order and was immaculate on delivery. My wife loved her Mother's Day present.
