Fast shipping and good product. Four stars because it looks to be of better quality in the pictures

My package came quick. I'm satisfied with the product. Very good job!

This is a gift for my daughter and her family, I thought it would be appropriate for them at this stage of their lives. There's a little spot on their fireplace mantle that would look nice!

Text on the wooden bears does not match what the preview shows.

The process was simple, being able to get an idea of what the final product was going to look like was great. The only downside was that the 5th bear just sits loosely on top. If it was jigsawed in like the rest this would be a 5 star review.

I received my order two days and i was impressed!
I really love it!
I would definitely recommend it!

My order arrived earlier than expected. The quality is great and easy to read.

This is a fake company. It is not located in Red Lodge, MT 59068. It is not producing or shipping from US, but China. The quality of the goods is bad and not anywhere close to the product photos. It is also operating under the names "the woodoo", earlywooddesigns or Makezbright and probably others.
"the woodoo" even uses employee shots and shirts from a company based in UK, welovewood, which is fine and legit.

Jeg har haft en rigtig fin oplevelse, de skal have stor ros for at svare på alle beskeder pr. Mail. Min ordre blev bestilt d. 01/02 og kom frem den 12/02, dog desværre kun halvdelen af min bestilling, jeg skrev hurtigt samme dag en mail, og fik et svar samme dag, at pakken var blevet væk under sejling, de ville straks sende en ny og den kom frem i onsdags 28/02. Jeg er meget tilfreds med udskæringerne på både bjørnene og hjertet jeg har bestilt fra dem.
Så derfor får de 5 stjerner for både deres handling og kommunikation pr. Mail, men også for kvaliteten på det jeg har modtaget. Men der skal siges at man skal have tålmodighed, så skal pakken nok komme frem.

I have had a really nice experience, they should be highly commended for responding to all messages by email. My order was ordered on 01/02 and arrived on 12/02, but unfortunately only half of my order, I quickly wrote an email the same day and received a reply the same day that the package had been lost during shipping, they would immediately send a new one and it arrived on Wednesday 28/02. I am very pleased with the carvings on both the bears and the heart I have ordered from them.
So therefore they get 5 stars for both their action and communication by email, but also for the quality of what I have received. But it must be said that you have to be patient and the package will arrive.

Is two months since I placed the order. No any confirmation about the order. I found out my order number to track it shows is somewhere in china even on a website is mentioned is coming from USA. Wasting money

I order a piece last night and no confirmation of purchase , no email and no receipt of purchase. I tried to contact them through website and I can't get in. I tried the "forgot order number" and doesn't recognise my details even though my bank account is showing the money has left my account..

I ordered an item 8 days ago and guess what? It showed up today! I was kind of worried at first because after I bought it, I went online and saw a bunch of bad reviews about the company. It seemed like everyone was let down. So, I just had to come here and say that my order came in just right and way quicker than I thought it would. Maybe it's because the item was shipped from China and I'm in Thailand, so it didn't take too long to get here. Just wanted to share my two cents and maybe ease some worries for others!

Never received the item bought in October as a Christmas present. Customer service very unhelpful, blaming me as they say it was delivered. Have been back and forth trying to get a refund, no such luck as yet! Very disappointing.

Ordered before Christmas '23 but still today, 22 January '24, NOT RECEIVED YET!!!!

This company is horrible. I would never recommend them. I purchased three items in Nov and only received two items. When I contacted the seller, they took almost 2 weeks to investigate to find out that one item was lost in shipment. They asked if I wanted a replace or a refund. I told them a refund since now I have missed the time frame to give it to my friend for her birthday. A week past and no word from the seller, so when I try to send a follow up email, the email bounced. I filed a compliant with paypal for a refund and they tell paypal that they shipped all three items. They have horrible customer service, liars, and their product is not that great either. The ones I received did have some dent on it. I looks like they used softwood. I would have accepted the quality if they had at least sent me all the items I ordered and not lied about it.

No received the goods after order 2 mths. Checked with customer service just ask me check with our contey post office. Suspect this is scammer
