The woodoo.com 3 bear family arrived…
The woodoo.com 3 bear family arrived today. The text isn't as advertised. Mine and my partners name are fairly level, our sons is slanted. On the advertised picture all names are level and look much better. Not happy with this item and wouldn't recommend as they don't look as advertised. The item is also covered in dents which are highly visible!!!!

Still waiting for my product 🤡
I’ve placed my order in Oct 1st and I’ve not received yet. I message the company (gmail address) and they replied “we will check and answer” after a couple of days I message them again and the response was “we have not received yet”.
Very unprofessional the email and care about customers. The product is not cheap and I expected a better customer service. Disappointed

However, ordered on 4th then was surprised the tracking showed outside the UK, so it took a while, arrived on 16th.
Really pleased with quality & personalisations too, just as I thought.

Total scam
Total scam! Says the parcel is delivered but tracking information says delivered to London but I don’t live in the UK!! Asked and asked for update and still no response except the same tracking info to the WRONG country. Waste of money and unbelievably disappointed this company hasn’t been report to authorities.

Waste of time and money
Order on the 15/10/23 for my wife’s birthday on the 4/11/23,no contact or correspondence till I received a message saying my parcel has been delivered??? to Brooklyn,New York bit far for me to go and collect as I live in Chester UK!!!
No present for my wife then
Several E mails sent again and still no reply
Waste of time ,money and total disappointment so would definitely not recommend purchasing anything from this company!!!
