on time and the correct order

I purchase very little from a volume stand point. I purchase a couple of Rite in the Rain field books every few months. I was contemplating purchasing elsewhere, however, a representative took care of me and even though it cost a little more, your customer service was the difference.

This is great product and the service was excellent.

When I was looking into the many construction lasers in different price ranges I was directed to one that meets the needs of my profession. It was not expensive at all. Would definitely use Tiger Supplies for future equipment purchases.

I had placed an order that was guaranteed to be here by a certain time. It showed up a week and a half late. In between that time we had ordered the exact same item to be overnighted because we needed it and that also did not get delivered until days later. When I called and asked for the invoice, the representative ignored me and never sent it to me. He sent it to someone else instead, for whatever reason. I ended up returning both items. A coworker of mine told me to not order from you because he said you were terrible. I didn't listen and gave you a shot anyway. I will not be a returning customer.

I have been dealing with them for almost 3 years. I'm dealing with Chaya who know all the products and can explain to me even the most difficult product and help me chose what I need for the job that I'm doing.
I have spent allot of money with them and planning to spend even more.

Ordered a spectra ll400 laser system form them on 3-5-15. Had to call 3 times to get them to ship it 8 days later(don't believe the 24-48 hour thing on their website.) it fianally did ship and I got a tracking number. When it arrived the tripod was not with it. What am I supposed to do, hold it up? It has now cost me money due to lack of having it. I ordered a tripod tonight from a reputable company and will try to request a refund tomorrow for the one the supposedly shipped, wish me luck!

I placed an order for my company and when I received the merchandise a week later, the supplies did not even match the order numbers. Tiger Supply sent a return label (no charge) and I requested expedited delivery of the correct items. Those items came a week later. Two weeks for supplies that I would have had in 2 days from other sources. I will not order from them again
