Quick shipping, great customer service
I ordered a bunch of blueprint hanging files from Tiger Supplies and was surprised at how quickly I got them. When I needed help figuring out what to buy, customer service reps were very helpful. I will shop here again!

Very Shady Operation!! Stole my money
This company stole my money and I have not been able to get it back. I paid over $400 for an item that I never received and they used loop holes with the credit card company so I cant dispute the charge. DO NOT TRUST!!!!

The order was shipped via R&L Carriers. When the company tried to deliver the item, it was refused. My company contacted Mr. Roefaro and said that if the item is going to be refused there will be a restocking fee and the shipping fee there and back (since this was shipped directly from the manufacturer) would have to be paid for by him or he has the option to have it redelivered. Mr. Roefaro agreed to the charges and the item was shipped back. We apologize that you are unhappy with our service however, the fees were agreed upon before being charged. Returning item, not so easy.
I had ordered 5 of the same brackets. My order arrived, I received 4 of the brackets I ordered and one random bracket that I did not order. I called Tiger Supplies and was told the customer service person was on the other line and they took my information down and was told I would get a call back shortly. No call came. Three days later, I call again, get the right person, get my bracket shipped to me and a prepaid package to send the wrong bracket back. This whole process took a month! I am glad I did not urgently need these brackets. What a nightmare. Hopefully IF I order again, the person will pay enough attention to put my correct order in the bag so I do not need to return another item.

Very poor shipping experience and communication
I placed my order on 7/27/21013 and I have yet to recieve my order. Today's date is 8/20.
I have call the company 3 times with concerns about my order. They assured me that it was on the way the first time. When I called the 2nd time, I was told that my order was "damaged" in transit. Which I would not have known unless I called myself. A week later I called for a 3rd time and they claim it should arrive today..........they finally gave me a tracking number and it says the order is currently in California; I live in GA.
Needless to say I will not purchase another order from this company. No sense of urgency. I needed the tables WEEKS ago.

The shipping company damaged the item and we apologize for this. A replacement order was shipped out via Central Transport (tracking: 777-2865430) and it was delivered today.
Never again will I use this company. The toner I orderd was on back hold for 3 weeks and no one told me.
If you want good service and good prices go somewhere else.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize that you were unhappy with the shipping cost however, the order was shipping to Puerto Rico and that is why it was so expensive. The shipping charges online are what the carrier charges for the shipment. Before the item was shipped we double checked by email to make sure the shipping charges were okay. When it was confirmed that it was okay, we shipped the order. Again, we apologize for the cost.
