Helpful and prompt service. Offered 2 delivery options to save me money and it ended up being cheaper than buying the same tiles locally!

Buying my tiles online, required many questions from me. The communication we had was perfect. All my questions were answered very quickly. My experience with Jordyn was flawless. My tile sample arrived sooner than expected. Organising my own delivery, to transport the tiles to the country was not an issue and the Tile Company were only too willing to make sure this went smoothly, even if arrival may be close to end of trading hours and were willing to extend their time after hours to assist. It is very refreshing to do business with a company that cares so much for their customers. WELL DONE! I haven’t had the tiles laid yet but they look great, and scream quality. Emailed to cancel my order 5 minutes after I placed it. They responded hours later saying they couldn’t cancel it, and I would have to wait until I received it to then return it back. What kind of capable company can’t cancel an order 5minutes after it was placed? Especially trying to convince me out of returning the product.

Si was fantastic, from our first email contact, through to ordering and shipping of the tiles interstate. I couldn't fault The Tile Company. The tiles are just beautiful and I can't wait until our bathroom is finished.

Exceptional customer service and amazing quality tiles! I dealt with multiple online tile companies in the hunt for my dream bathroom tiles, and the Tile Company stood out both in terms of service and product quality. Simon answered my queries within hours, I had samples within days, and he also spent time sourcing shipping that was far less than the initial quote.
An amazing experience all around!
As an aside and with regards to quality, other tiles that I dealt with online had a minimal number of faces (ie between 6 and 8), and the ones stocked by the Tile Company and that I ordered have 29 faces.

Great tiles very slow to arrive

Very prompt delivery, tiles were really well packaged and arrived in perfect condition.

We had our La Riviera tiles shipped to Perth. Efficient and friendly service and the best price - tiles and also shipping that we found.
Tiles are beautiful too so we are very happy!
Would highly recommend and definitely use again in the future.

I had tiles delivered interstate. They were packed poorly (unsure whther it was the tile co or transport company that packed it), which resulted in broken tiles.

However, The Tile Co were excellent in quickly replacing each damaged box even when only a couple of tiles may have been broken in a box.

All dealt with efficiently with no hassle.
Will definitely use them again. If they were not responsible for the packing and the broken tiles, a full 5 stars.

Staff very helpful

My tile sample package arrived promptly and beautifully packaged. All of the tiles were perfectly labeled….and I even received an extra one. Cheers.

Extremely disappointing, the length of time they took to ship the samples, and the package arrived two days ago with only 2/5 samples selected without a note of any explanation.

So happy with the service and support we received from Jordyn. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

Thank you to Simon who helped us out with getting some tiles posted to Newcastle. When I found the perfect tile on the website, Simon was able to organise a courier to post them to us and kept us updated every step of the way on the status of the order. Our tiles finally arrived and we have put them around our fireplace and look fantastic.
